Understanding The New Covenant
Earlier this evening, the Lord pointed me to some Scriptures which will clear up some misunderstandings concerning the Old and New Covenants.
I was taught that the Church is under the New Covenant, but I've known for a long time that there was something wrong with this teaching. Why? Because we die even though we have the promise of everlasting life.
So, the carnal mind, not being able to understand how we can die even though we're under the New Covenant, devised a fable which tells us that we go to heaven when our body dies. But I declare unto you, this is not true. The physical flesh of the men who walk with Christ Jesus in the New Covenant doesn’t die. The carnal mind dies. The Christ mind is raised from the dead in the midst of them, and matures into Christ Jesus, who preserves their physical flesh and imparts everlasting life to them right here on the earth.
This is the truth of Jesus' substitutionary work: The death of our carnal mind is replaced with the life of the Christ mind.
My Bible says that judgment is in the flesh so that we might learn to walk after the Spirit, and those who walk after the Spirit are the Sons of God.
Another way to put it, is that the Lord Jesus is calling us to become a spiritual people, to have the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwell in us, prevail over our carnal mind, and quicken our mortal body [personality or soul], BEFORE our physical body is in the grave. Jesus’ immortality will swallow up the mortality that is in our flesh, when the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us.
Now, how does the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead get inside of you? That Spirit, brethren, is the Spirit of Christ, not the Holy Spirit, the free gift who LEADS you to Christ. The Spirit of Christ is in the Mind of Christ, which must be formed in you. The Spirit of Christ and the Holy Spirit are two different administrations of the Spirit of God.
Receiving the Holy Ghost results, hopefully, in Christ being formed in us and, as Christ matures in us, the Spirit that dwells in Christ, preserves our personality [soul] and ushers us into His age abiding, endless life, right here on the earth.
No one had the strength to take Jesus’ life, so, if He didn't lay it down of His own free will, He would have lived forever.
Paul didn’t say that it was time for him to die, but set forth this same truth, saying that he was to be offered up. Paul didn’t say it outright, but implied that he had ascended, as Jesus, the Christ, had, to a place where he could have lived forever!
Paul said he was born out of season, meaning it was not yet time for Jesus’ offspring to live forever. But Paul had a job to do. What job? To write doctrine for the New Testament. So when Paul’s job was finished, he gave up an existence which had the potential to continue forever. Why? Because the Father told him that was how it had to be. Paul was born out of season, so he was taken from this world.
Brethren, this is the season for men to begin the process which will change the bestial mind that we are born with into the spiritual Mind that is in the image of the Lord Jesus Christ, which enables us to live forever. This, brethren, is the New Covenant: Everlasting life.
If your walk with Jesus Christ has not produced everlasting life in you, brethren, if you still get sick, and age -- if you're still dying, you have not entered into the New Covenant.
Now, if what I'm saying is upsetting you, rebuke your distress, because you have nothing to worry about if I'm telling you a lie! You're not saved by doctrine brethren, you're saved by spiritual union with the Son of God. He who is joined to the Spirit of the Son, receives everlasting life. Lies cannot destroy your relationship with Jesus Christ. On the other hand, if I am telling you the truth, Jesus said that the truth would set you free.
Now, look, brethren, there's something wrong with the teaching in the Church. People are still dying! They're still getting sick, they're still experiencing defeat at the hand of Satan. Something is wrong with the doctrine! We're lacking the information that we need to enter into life, and this is the information:
We're still under the Old Covenant. The Old Covenant forgives sins and grants a relationship with Jehovah through a mediator. Moses, Elijah and then Elisha mediated on behalf of Israel, and Christ Jesus mediates on behalf of the Church.
Do you remember the Book of Esther, where anyone coming into the king’s presence, including the queen, would die if the king didn't hold out his scepter to them?
The world has been granted permission to draw close to King Jesus without dying. But why would a relationship with God produce death in our life?
Because we're filled with sin, and when sin comes in contact with the holiness of God, sin, and the vessel that contains it dies.
God, however, has given us a special dispensation. He's made a covenant with us. He has said, if you obey me, if you love the Lord your God with all your heart, your mind and your soul, if you love your brother as yourself, and cease from fornication and from blood, Christ Jesus will cover your sins so that you can have a relationship with me. You can walk with me, and talk with me, and I’ll provide you with the blessings of healing and deliverance in this world. But everlasting life is not in the Old Covenant brethren. Everlasting life is in the New Covenant.
We're told in Rom. 11, that Jeho-vah’s Covenant went to the Gentiles because the Jews stumbled. The truth of this statement is that the same Old Covenant which was given to the Jew first, went to the Greek also, but in a different form.
Why is that? Brethren, when I sit here and minister to you tonight, I am speaking one word which, when it falls on this lady, affects her one way, and when it falls on that lady, affects her another way. The same Word of God helps both you and this lady, but the two of you are not the same. So, even though the Word is the same, it mixes with the mind and spirit of each individual, producing a personalized, spiritual experience for each of you.
The Old Covenant falls one way on the Jew and a second way on the Greek (Gentile), but it's still the Old Covenant.
How do I know that the covenant in the Church today is the Old Covenant? Because everlasting life is nowhere to be seen.
Our relationship with God through Jesus Christ offers forgiveness of sins by faith. This means that we continue to sin because of our sin nature, but the administration of the consequences for sins is transferred from Satan to Christ Jesus. Satan is the mediator of the sowing and reaping judgment which is unto destruction, but Christ Jesus’ White Throne Judgment is corrective, and works for our good.
Forgiveness of sins by faith delivers us from Satan’s destruction in this present world, but is inferior to the New Covenant, which produces everlasting life
The Lord Jesus is declaring to all of His people today, Jews and Gentiles alike, that it’s time to enter into the New Covenant, but entrance into the heavenly sanctuary requires a blood sacrifice.
Brethren, the blood that grants us entrance into the heavenly tabernacle is the glorified, spiritual blood of the Lord Jesus Christ but, despite everything that you've been taught, the blood that is shed is the blood of our own carnal mind, the very evidence of our sin nature.
We have an inheritance in heavenly places and that inheritance is in Christ Jesus, but we cannot enter in and appropriate that inheritance until we die to our carnal mind. You have been taught incorrectly, brethren.
The death of the Lord Jesus Christ made everlasting life available to us, but for us to appropriate that life, for it to start manifesting itself to us, for it to become real to us, this new life which is in Christ Jesus must replace, must swallow up, our sin nature. Our carnal mind must die.
Our own carnal mind is the fulfillment of the bulls and goats which were sacrificed under the Old Covenant. Our carnal mind is the beast of Revelation which must be offered up so that the promises which are in Christ Jesus may be implemented in our life.
Yes, Jesus entered in by His sinless resurrected, spiritual blood, which is now poured out upon us as the Holy Spirit, our potential to have Christ Jesus’ sinless mind reproduced in us. But when Christ Jesus’ sinless mind is imparted to us, we then have two minds, the bestial mind that we are born with, and Christ Jesus’ glorious mind.
The animal sacrifices of the Levitical law do not typify Jesus’ physical crucifixion, but the sacrifice of our own bestial nature. The fulfillment of the Levitical type of the blood of bulls and goats, the blood which must be shed, is not the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, but the blood of our own bestial carnal mind, which pollutes us continually.
Now, if you think I don't know what I'm talking about, I ask you this:
If, in fact, the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus Christ fulfilled the Old Testament type of the blood of bulls and goats, why was the Lord Jesus Christ crucified and not boiled and roasted?
The true sacrifice, brethren, which is being boiled by Christ Jesus, is the subconscious part of our carnal mind, and the sacrifice that is being roasted in the Lake of Fire, is the unconscious part of our very own carnal mind.
We have an inconsistency here. The method of Jesus’ death does not line up with the way the bulls and goats were killed by the Levitical priests.
The man, Jesus, who was Christ, was physically crucified so that He could ascend into a glorified, spiritual form which could be grafted to fallen men. But Jesus was physically crucified only after Christ rose from the dead in the man, Jesus, and crucified the carnal mind that the man, Jesus, inherited from his mortal mother.
I challenge all of you Pharisees who are still reading this book to explain why the Lord Jesus Christ was not boiled and roasted, if He is the fulfillment of the Levitical animal sacrifices. Oh, my goodness, I hear them screaming in the heavenlies. Well, stop screaming my beloved brother and answer the question. I await your answer.
The crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, the Christ, translated His sinless life into a form which can be reproduced in humanity. The glorified Jesus Christ, our High Priest, raises Christ Jesus, in the individual personality from the dead. Then Christ Jesus, the Lake of Fire, spiritually boils and roasts our carnal mind, and, as our carnal mind is consumed, the personality [soul] is preserved,. and enters into the life of the ages -which is the New Covenant.
Jesus said to the Pharisees, I'll tell you the truth and the truth will set you free, and the Pharisees said, what truth could you possibly have to tell us, we are the seed of Abraham.
This is the truth I have to tell you, all you Pharisees. You are not saved. You are still under the Old Covenant. You're carnal, fallen men, you're dead men's bones, dead in your sins. You're as filthy as you were when you first started out. Your righteousness is as filthy rags. You need to recognize and confess the hidden sins of your heart, and repent, so that the Spirit of Christ can crucify (join with) your human spirit -- so that the blood of Christ Jesus’ everlasting sacrifice can be applied your personality, which is the doorposts of your carnal mind, pour the blood of your carnal mind upon your spiritual ground, and translate you, the personality [soul], into everlasting life.
You can scream and yell and deny it all that you like, but the hour is at hand for the New Covenant to be implemented, and the Father will take whomsoever He desires to take, with your consent, or without your consent. Jesus!
Prophesy
Yea, saith the Lord, it is the hour for righteousness to appear in the earth. I shall stand once again, saith the Lord, in the fullness of my life, and I shall be exalted, and I shall be glorified in my people, and they shall judge the earth, saith the Lord.
They shall ascend unto Mt. Zion, and from there shall go forth the law, and from Jerusalem the Word, saith your God. And I shall be exalted, and every knee shall bow and every tongue confess and shall show my greatness, saith the Lord, and I shall bring into submission the most wicked of men saith God, even the workers of witchcraft. I warn you, saith the Lord, against Pharisitical attitudes. Any one of my sons who criticizes me is in danger of losing their salvation. Put your eyes upon yourself and do not blaspheme against who you will see coming into the Kingdom in these next days, saith the Lord, for you will be surprised at who I will bring in from the highways and the byways.
Exalt not yourself saith the Lord, knowing that you are not saved and that you are in as great a danger as anyone else of being separated from me.
Humble yourself and confess your sins and forgive one another, saith the Lord, and reconcile; be merciful to one another and fight the good fight of faith, for I will permit great hostility to come against you in these last days, saith the Lord, for this is the way that you will ascend. As you overcome, you shall ascend, and the stronger you get, the stronger the resistance I shall send against you.
War shall rage everywhere saith the Lord. There shall be wars and rumors of wars, and you shall war in your sleep and there shall be bloodshed and grief on every side saith the Lord, but my Son and the great dragon and his angels shall fight, saith the Lord, and Michael shall fight, and my sons, and they shall prevail over the dragon, saith the Lord, and I shall stand upon the earth, and my mercy shall be manifested to humanity.
We enter in because of Jesus’ resurrected life, which is Christ Jesus grafted to our human spirit. The Everlasting Tabernacle is accessible to us only when Christ Jesus is in the midst of us -whether we shed the blood of our carnal mind or not. Why? Because Christ Jesus IS the Everlasting Tabernacle. You won't see the Kingdom of Heaven if the Kingdom of God is not born again within you, because your spirit, which is your true consciousness, can't get into the Everlasting Tabernacle, or even see it, if He’s not inside of you!
Christ Jesus, your inheritance and the Everlasting Tabernacle
which can now be formed within you because of Jesus, the Christ’s sacrifice, is the only one who is strong enough to liberate you, the personality, from your own carnal mind, by shedding her blood.
So, Jesus’ sacrifice is the everlasting tabernacle within you, but to enter into that tabernacle, or to marry that tabernacle, the blood of your own, dead carnal mind [sin nature] must be shed. To be unhindered by sin, we must die to our sin nature [flesh], and live out of the Mind of Christ which is formed within us.
Our fallen, spiritual blood [the unclean spirit of our carnal mind] must be shed, so that we can live out of our new spiritual bloodline, which is Christ Jesus.
So we see that the mystery ofthe Gospel of Blood, speaks about two, different kinds of blood, one holy and one unholy, the first purifying and the second polluting.
Heb. 9:13. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
Heb. 9:14. How much more shall the blood of [the] Christ
[according to the Greek this is referring to the Lord Jesus Christ],
who through the everlasting Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
How much more shall the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ who, through the everlasting Spirit, offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
Now listen to what this is saying. How much more shall the blood of Jesus who was Christ . . . .
Brethren, the red, human blood that the Son of Man shed, which was poured onto the ground at Calvary, is not doing anything for you. The Scripture is talking about the spiritual blood of the glorified Son of God. The man, Jesus’, fallen blood, which He inherited from His mother, is not getting you into the Kingdom. The resurrected, spiritual blood of Jesus’ Father is getting you into the Kingdom, and, today, that resurrected blood, is in the form of the Holy Spirit.
Now follow me with this. How much more shall the blood of the resurrected Christ who, through the everlasting Spirit (that's the Spirit of Christ), offered himself without spot to God.
What this means, is that the spiritual blood of the resurrected Christ Mind in the man Jesus, purified the man, Jesus, from sin. Listen, let me show it to you again.
The blood of Jesus, the Christ, who through the everlasting Spirit, not through the Holy Spirit, brethren, but through the Spirit of Christ --if that Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, it will quicken, or make alive, your mortal body, that is, your personality [soul].
Why isn’t your mortal body, or personality [soul], quickened now, like the man, Jesus’ was? Because, the Scripture is not talking about the Holy Spirit! It's talking about the Spirit of Christ, which is the Everlasting (eternal) Spirit.
So, we see that the blood of Christ [within the man, Jesus] who, through the Everlasting (eternal) Spirit [of the Father], offered himself. . . .
Who is himself brethren? The resurrected Christ in the man, Jesus, offered up His own humanity as a sacrifice, and Christ Jesus in you, is offering up your sin nature [carnal mind]. Can you hear it? Listen, let's do it again.
How much more shall the blood of Christ --the resurrected spiritual life of Christ -the blood of Christ through the Everlasting Spirit, offer himself -- or offer His humanity -without spot.
The resurrected Christ who was in the man, Jesus, purified the man, Jesus, His humanity, from sin, and it was the purified man, Jesus, the humanity that Christ Jesus was living in, that the resurrected Christ offered unto God.
So, we see that Christ Jesus within us is exposing our sin nature, and purifying us from the deadly effects of that sin nature.
Now listen, brethren, you can't be purified from the effects of your sin nature unless your sin nature is exposed. We've discussed this here, over and over again, how the true forgiveness of sins is the ripping out of our potential for sin. If the forgiveness of sins is merely the forgiveness of an act or a thought, the confession of the Roman Catholic Church would be sufficient.
The Scripture clearly states that we have a sin nature, and that we are spiritually dead because of that sin nature. So, if we are dead because of our potential to sin, which potential is resident in our sin nature, then the true forgiveness of sins must be the wiping out, the obliteration, of our sin nature, which is our carnal mind.
So, we see that the indwelling Spirit of Christ purified the man, Jesus, from sin, and He became Jesus, the Christ, (Rom. 1:4).
The man, Jesus, lived out of the resurrected Christ within him, and overcame the potential to sin which was in the carnal mind that He inherited from His mother. Then, Jesus, the Christ, rose from the dead and chose to sacrifice His life as an immortal, spiritual man, so that He could be translated into an even higher, spiritual form which could be grafted to the masses of fallen humanity.
Christ Jesus is the Saviour of humanity, but the immortal life which is in His spiritual blood must be grafted to your human spirit for the power of His sacrifice to save you!
The Church has the same opportunity to be purified from sin today, through the exposure and ripping out of our sin nature. He who hath the hope, brethren, that the dead Christ will be resurrected in him, purifieth himself (1 Jn. 3:3).
The Judgment Seat of Christ, which exposes the sin nature of our personality [soul] and brings us into submission to the Spirit of Holiness, is the only path to true purification. When the spirit of our carnal mind is renewed through union with the Spirit of Christ, Christ Jesus within us will force our sin nature under His feet, and offer our personality [soul,] without spot, to the Everlasting Spirit -if you can hear it.
Verse 14, Chapter 9, of the Book of Hebrews says,
How much more shall the blood of the Christ, who through the everlasting Spirit offered himself without spot to God ...
--how much more will that blood which now is in the form of the Spirit of Christ for us, purge our conscience from dead works?
The question is, if the blood of bulls and goats can sanctify and purify your flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ Jesus sanctify and purify your conscience? The Greek word translated conscience means mind. We're talking about the purifying of the mind.
The Old Covenant purifies your flesh and empowers you to cease from behavioral and verbal sin.
The New Covenant delivers us from a dead, corrupt mind, which the Scripture identifies as our potential for sin, and translates our spirit into an incorruptible mind, which is incapable of sin.
So we're told in the Book of Hebrews that it's the resurrected spiritual blood of Jesus, the Christ, that has the power to purge us from our potential for sin. The question is, how does the resurrected, spiritual blood of the man, Jesus, who was Christ, do this?
The resurrected, spiritual blood of the Lord Jesus Christ is given to us initially as the Holy Spirit, but it is the Spirit of Christ who grafts Himself to our human spirit, and resurrects Christ, His very own sinless mind, within us. We, the personality [soul], then join with Christ Jesus and begin to purify ourselves by exposing, paralyzing, and eventually destroying our own sin nature, which is our potentialfor sin.
Can you hear it? Let me say it again. The way the glorified life of the Lord Jesus Christ purges our conscience, or our mind, from sin, is by grafting Himself to our human spirit and forming Christ Jesus within us, the one who judges our sin-filled personality [soul], and saves us from our own carnal mind, which is our potential to sin.
In the hour that Christ Jesus brings our personality [soul] into complete submission to the Spirit of Holiness which is in Christ Jesus (who began to be formed in us when the Spirit of Christ was grafted to our human spirit), He separates our personality [soul] from our sin nature, and offers up our personality [soul] to the Father, without spot.
How will Christ Jesus purify our personality [soul] to the point that she will be without sin? There's only one way brethren, by burning our old man in the Lake of Fire [Christ Jesus], where our personality [soul] is divided from our carnal mind, which is ripped to pieces, as the elements of our sin nature melt and come crashing down s as and , (Dan. 3:25, 2 Peter 3:10,12). Then we, the personality [soul], marry and become one with Christ Jesus, the burning bush which is not consumed. Jesus!
Heb. 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of thetransgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of everlasting inheritance.
That by means of death . . . . There are three Greek words translated death, brethren. This Greek word is thanatos, which means either violent death, or the death which results from the separation of the personality [soul] from the carnal mind.
It's hidden, brethren, so you have to pray about it, but the death that brings you into the New Covenant is the separation of your personality [soul] from your carnal mind.
I declare to you with all the humility that I can muster, as I sit here half slain in the Spirit, that our carnal mind and our personality [soul] must separate and, more specifically, our personality [soul] must separate from the spirit of our carnal mind (Heb. 4:12).
Can you hear what I'm saying? Let me read it to you again.
Verse 9:15, and for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were made . . . .
While you were under the Old Covenant, you were still in sin. Do you hear this? That those who were sitting while they were under the Old Covenant might receive the promise of an everlasting inheritance, by death.
The only way those of us who are under the Old Covenant, but still dying, will be experientially forgiven -- the only way that we will enter into the New Covenant which is everlasting life, is by death, and the Greek word death here, means the separation of our carnal mind from our fallen personality [soul].
So you see, we're not entering in by Jesus’ death on the cross. How can I say that? Jesus’ death on the cross made Christ Jesus, the everlasting tabernacle, available to mortal humanity. But, to enter into the Everlasting Tabernacle – for our personality to join with the eternal life which is in Christ Jesus, we must shed the blood of our carnal mind.
You see, when a man who is possessed of the Spirit of Christ dies, the Spirit of Christ within him rises and returns to the Father, and the personality [soul] that is joined to the Spirit of Christ rises with him, but the personality [soul] that is joined to the carnal mind, remains in the earth and dies (Eccl. 3:21).
So the personality of the man, Jesus, which was purified before He died, when he separated from the carnal mind that Jesus inherited from his mother, defied the spiritual gravity which sought to hold Jesus’ personality [soul] in the grave (Eph. 4:8).
So, we read here, that we enter into the New Covenant only by death, thanatos, the death of our carnal mind. We enter into the New Covenant by our death, brethren. NOW, NOT OUR PHYSICAL DEATH. OUR CARNAL MIND MUST DIE for us to enter into the New Covenant.
The Lord has ordained that our carnal mind will die through the exposure of our sin nature, and that our personality [soul] shall be saved when she is fully and permanently joined to Christ Jesus. We have to do it His way!
1. What happens to our physical body if we walk under the New Covenant with Christ?
(A) The resurrection of Christ Jesus gives us everlasting life right here in the flesh, and our bodies are preserved.
2. What does the resurrection of Christ mean?
(A) It means the resurrection of the Christ mind in the individual.
Jesus of Nazareth was raised from the dead in a greater form (He shed His human body and became a glorified spiritual man). The resurrected Christ in the individual increases into the greater, or more mature, form of Christ Jesus, who then joins with the glorified Jesus Christ, who can never die again (Rom. 6:9, 1 Cor 15:26).
3. Why is judgment in the flesh?
(A) So that we can learn to walk after the Spirit (1 Pet. 4;6).
4. When will our mortal body (personality [soul]) be quickened (made alive)?
(A) When Christ is raised from the dead in us (1 Cor. 15:4) (See, The Christ, Message # 186 - Part 8, Tape 2).
5. Does the quickening (coming to life) of our mortal body (personality [soul]) happen before or after our physical body is put in the grave?
(A) Before. Our mortality (carnal mind) will be swallowed up into immortality (Christ Jesus) (2 Cor. 5:4).
Which Spirit raised Christfrom the dead?
(A) The Spirit of Christ
Whose function is it to lead us to Christ?
(A) The Holy Spirit.
Name one purpose for receiving the Spirit of Christ.
(A) So that He will graft to our human spirit and form Christ in us (James 1:21).
9. What is the ultimate result of Christ maturing in us (1 Cor. 13:11; Eph. 4:13)?
(A) Our personalities [souls] will be preserved, and we will live forever.
10. Did Paul say it was time to die?
(A) No, he said it was time to be offered up (2 Tim. 4:6).
11. What was Paul's job?
(A) To bring forth the Doctrine of Christ.
12. How do we know that we haven't entered into the New Covenant?
(A) We still get sick, age and die.
13. Are we saved by doctrine?
(A) No. We are saved by union with the glorified Son of God and Christ Jesus, within us, which is the whole New Man (1 Cor. 6:17).
14. What is the Old Covenant?
(A) The forgiveness of sins by faith, which permits us to enter into a relationship with the Father through a mediator. But we remain mortal.
15. What is the New Covenant?
(A) Sinlessness, which results in everlasting life (Micah 7:19; Heb. 7:16).
16. What are the two phases of the Old Covenant?
(A) The first phase is to the Jew, the second phase is to the Gentiles (Rom. 1:16; 2:10).
17. How did the Gentiles enter into God's covenant?
(A) The Gospel went to the Gentiles when the Jews stumbled (Rom. 11:15).
18. What does it take to enter into the sanctuary which is in the heavenlies?
(A) Blood.
19. Whose blood do we enter in by?
(A) The spiritual blood of the Lord Jesus Christ makes the heavenly sanctuary available to us (Heb. 13:12), but we enter in by the shed blood of our carnal mind (Col. 1:20; Heb. 12:4).
20. What is our inheritance, and how can we enter in and appropriate it?
(A) Christ Jesus is our inheritance. We enter into the heavenly sanctuary, which He is, and begin to appropriate His spiritual life as as our carnal mind dies.
22. What do the animal sacrifices under the Levitical law of the Old Testament typify?
(A) The bulls and goats that were sacrificed typify the human beast (Rev. 13:12), the carnal mind. It's our own carnal mind that must be sacrificed.
23. Didn't Jesus enter in by his blood?
(A) Christ Jesus within the man, Jesus of Nazareth, is the heavenly sanctuary. The personality of the man, Jesus, entered into that heavenly sanctuary within Himself by subjugating the carnal mind that He inherited from His mother (Col. 1:20), and separating his human personality from it.t
24. Do the animal sacrifices of the Levitical law typify the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus Christ?
(A) No. They typify the sacrifice of the human beast, the carnal mind (Rev. 13:12).
The sacrifice that Jesus made for humanity is that He gave up the resurrected life by which He could have lived in the earth forever, as an individual, immortal man. But Jesus chose to be raised to , an even higher form, glorification, by which His life is now being shared with all of humanity.
25. What do the methods of animal sacrifices of the Levitical law typify?
(A) The methods of the Levitical sacrifices (boiling and roasting) typify the Lake of Fire, which is Christ Jesus in the individual.
The unconscious part of mortal man’s carnal mind is typified by the sea, and the subconscious part of mortal man’s carnal mind is the beast.
The sea will evaporate when the Lake of Fire brings her waters to a boil, and the beast will be roasted in the Lake of Fire and eaten by the glorified Jesus Christ, the High Priest.
26. What form did the Lord Jesus Christ take after His resurrection?
(A) Jesus was converted into a glorified spiritual man, a form whereby his sinless life can be reproduced in us. The glorified Jesus became the spiritual seed (Jn. 12:24) which raises Christ from the dead in the individual. He is the one who is saving fallen humanity from hell and death by giving us the seed of His life.
27. What happens when the Lord Jesus Christ's sinless life is reproduced in us?
(A) The sinless life of Christ Jesus sacrifices our carnal mind and presents us to the Father without spot.
28. The sacrifices of the Levitical law were consumed by the high priest. What does this typify?
(A) Christ Jesus' consumption of the carnal mind (Rev. 3:16) typifies the reunion of the divided creation into one creation under the authority of
Christ Jesus.
29. When shall we be raised from the dead?
(A) We shall be raised from the dead and enter into the life of the ages, which is the New Covenant, when our personality [soul] is completely joined to Christ Jesus, who is joined to the glorified Jesus Christ, our high priest (1 Cor. 6:17).
THE OLD MAN THE NEW MAN
Satan is the collective unconscious mind of mortal man, Leviathan is the collective subconscious mind of mortal man, the fiery serpent is the individual subconscious mind, and Cain [the flesh] is the individual conscious mind. Our whole fallen mind, together with our personality, make up one whole Old Man who is called the Devil. The Devil is the Old Man that is passing away.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the New Man’s collective unconscious mind, Christ Jesus is the New Man’s collective subconscious mind, Christ is the individual subconscious mind, and Abel is the individual conscious mind. Our whole new mind, together with our personality, is the whole New Man who is being born in us.
