TONGUES & INTERPRETATION

A message in tongues was given by Pastor Vitale. The following is part of the interpretation given by a member of the group: "My people see me not, saith God. I have blown the trumpet in Zion, I am making the last call to my people. Come, saith the Lord, come unto me for the ends of the ages are upon thee. Turn not away and run from me, but come, ask for the understanding. My trumpet, and my word are going out. Run not from me, saith God, but draw nigh unto me that you may be spared. Come unto me, saith God."

PROPHECY

Yea, saith the Lord, the ends of the ages are indeed upon you, saith God, for this hour that I have ordained from before the foundations of the earth is upon my people, saith God, but they see me not, saith the Lord. Yea, they hear me not, saith God, and indeed they turn from me, and run in the other direction. Now, even that, saith God, even more than that, they blaspheme my name, saith God, and they call my spirit unclean, saith the Lord.

They say that my servants are indeed of the Devil, saith God. Yea, they say my servants have a Devil, and I say unto you this day, saith the Lord, that I shall indeed give thee, and impart unto thee, a knowledge of the truth, saith the Lord. For not one word of my Word, shall return void, saith the Lord, and I have indeed said that every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and I shall reveal to you my anointed, saith God.

Yea, I shall appear to you in the flesh of my anointed ones, saith the Lord, and thou shall look, and thou shall see and thou shall behold the brightness of my glory, saith the Lord, and thou shall blaspheme no more, saith God, for I shall tolerate this no longer. I shall come to thee in a spirit of mercy, saith God, and I shall bring thee unto judgment, saith the Lord, and great tribulation shall come upon thee. Yea, even as a woman in travail, saith the Lord.

Yea, this is indeed the hour of Jacob's troubles, saith God. Thou shall, indeed, see men sitting with their hands on their loins, as though they were a woman in travail. Yea, saith God, it is the hour for my Christ to come forth in the earth, saith the Lord, and not even my Christ in the earth, but the time for the reconciliation of all things, saith God. Yea, I shall indeed touch all men, saith the Lord, and they shall all turn to me, saith God, and they shall be whole, saith the Lord. Yea, the living God, even in the flesh, saith the Lord, they shall see that which it is possible for them to become, and thou shall desire me, and thou shall ask me, and thou shall run after me, and thou shall pant after me, saith the Lord, for indeed until this hour thou has not been able to see the vision.

Thou has not been able to comprehend the vision so thou has blasphemed it. Thou has thrown mud at it, and yea, thou has denied it. Yea, thou has stood between those who would enter into the Kingdom, and prevented them from entering in, saith God, but the hour is at hand that all shall indeed enter in for my Son shall reconcile you, saith the Lord. Yea, by His love, and by the power of His love, He shall reconcile you unto me, saith the Lord, but be prepared church world for great wrath and tribulation is about to fall on thee, for indeed this is the wisdom of God. Yea, this is the wisdom of God.

Yea, this is the wisdom, saith the Lord. This is the method and the manner by which I shall indeed change thy mind. I shall bring thee to a place, saith God, where thy pride shall be utterly cast down there. Indeed, thou shall look up from thy low spiritual room and say, Lord God, I have served thee, yea indeed, I have cast out demons, I have prophesied in thy name, I have healed the sick, I have given to the widows, I have had a church, I have had a jail ministry, I have helped the sick, and I have helped the poor. How can this thing be, Lord God? Answer me.

And I shall reach down from the heavens, saith the Lord, and I shall touch you, and I shall tell you that you have blasphemed the name of the Living God, and as I have told you in my Scripture, for this, there is, indeed, no forgiveness of sins, either in this age, or in the next, saith the Lord God, but the ages are, indeed, within you, saith the Lord, and I shall bring you unto the next age, wherein, which this curse has no ability to prevail. Yea, I shall carry thee through, saith God, after I bring thee to repentance, and thou shall see me in all my glory, and thou shall indeed be joined unto me, and thou shall go forth to help others. Hallelujah.

MESSAGE

We are starting in the Book of 1 Timothy. I will be jumping all around the book of 1 Timothy. To start, I will read 1 Timothy 1:5 and then 1 Timothy 4:8." Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart and of a good conscience and of faith unfeigned." 1 Timothy 4:8, For bodily exercise profits little, but Godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and that which is to come."

Going back to 1 Timothy 1:5," Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart and of a good conscience and of faith unfeigned." Now, what commandment is Paul talking about here? The end of the commandment is charity. That word "charity" is the translation of the Greek word "Agape," and we know that is the God kind of love. We cannot love with the love of God unless we are one with God, and we do not become one with God overnight. It is a process.

Some of us have the ability to manifest the Agape love of the Lord Jesus Christ in some areas of our life and not in other areas of our life. As we are being joined to His spirit, Lord willing, the ability to manifest the love of God increases, and it is a process.

Now, the end of the commandment is the ability to love with the love of God. It is also a pure heart, and that word "pure" means "cleansed." We have been speaking in past meetings about the cleansing of our hearts by the washing with the water of the Word. This is a heart that has been cleansed and of a good conscience. The Greek word translated "conscience" means, "a moral consciousness," and it comes from a word which means, "the ability to see completely," the ability to see everything and to understand between right and wrong.

Now, we have talked about this in prior meetings that before we can get to be one with God, we have to go through a process. In very general terms, that involves the ability to discern between right and wrong. This is the cleansing with the washing of the Word. It is the separating of the thoughts of the carnal mind from the Mind of Christ, so that we can deal with them, but we do not have the ability to discern between right and wrong unless God imparts it to us.

Now, this is under the commandment. To obtain the ability to love with the love of God, we need a purified heart, a cleansed heart. We need the ability to discern between good and evil, and we need faith unfeigned. The Greek word translated "unfeigned" means "unhindered or uncovered," and we are told in the Scriptures that every man is given a measure of faith. We are given a seed of faith. Jesus called Himself the seed of faith, and He said that when it is planted in a heart it is the size of a mustard seed, and when it grows it will fill the entire earth. It is the greatest of seeds even though it is the smallest.

If we read the Scripture again, we will see that Paul is saying it backwards to the way that we have learned it. He is saying the end results first, and then he is going backwards in all of the steps that we had to do to get to it. Now the end of the commandment is the ability to love with the love of God out of a purified heart, an ability to discern good from evil, and out of an uncovered or revealed faith. Now, we know that the way we work, it is first our faith has to be uncovered, then we have to get the ability to discern from good and evil, then our heart has to be purified. Then we have the ability to love with the love of God.

Paul who is manifesting the spirit of God in this Scripture is accounting of it, or speaking of it, as if it is already accomplished, as if it is already done. Then he is counting backwards, the steps that led up to it.

One of things that really used to confuse me when I first started to learn the Word of God was all these Scriptures that speak about things that are already accomplished. I have seen, unfortunately, a lot of beautiful believers stumble over this, and they go around saying, "Well, it is already done, and, therefore, I have charity out of a pure heart." Paul just said that, "I have it."

Now the end of the commandment is...well, I believe in the commandment, and they believe that they have it, so they deny the need for any ministry of the Holy Spirit in their life that is going to bring this to pass. What they are really doing is cutting off the Kingdom of Heaven from themselves and from anyone else who believes this word.

I just praise God, and I ask God that He quicken this to anyone listening to this tape because it is a major stumbling block in the Church today, and, unfortunately, it really is rooted in pride. It is rooted in the pride of a man that could say, "Well, I have it all, and I am like Jesus." Well, brethren, when you are like Jesus, if you are like Jesus, then you are not thinking any evil thoughts, and you are walking in the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ, and you are totally incapable of sin. If you believe this, I bless you, but I plead with you to put this before the Lord and reconsider because I do not know anyone that has attained to the status of Jesus Christ yet.

I believe that God has called mankind to Godliness, and we are going to discuss that in this message today. Another group of people get very upset when they hear someone say that mankind is called to Godliness. They say, "Who are you to think that you are like God?" We have two polarized elements in the church today. One group says, "I am like God. I cannot sin. I have every promise in this Bible. It is mine." Some people say they have to walk it out, and some people say it is here. There are all different variations of it. Then we get another group who say, "Who do you think you are? You are just a sinner, and you are going to be down here on this low spiritual realm until you die."

We have these two radical teachings in the church today, and the hour is at hand that God wants His people to understand the truth so that we can go on and be joined to Him and truly live a life of Godliness.

This is the promise of the Bible. The promise is not to go to heaven and live in a mansion. The promise is the ability to partake of the righteousness of Jesus Christ and live a Godly, sinless life. The result, of this will be deliverance from torment on every level in our lifetime. Whatever your torment is, it does not matter because there is deliverance in the ability to lead a life by the righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We are told in the Scripture that, we, His adopted children, and that everything that He has, He intends to give to us. He has already given it to us by promise and by faith, but just like Joshua and Kim and Patrick, in the service today, everything that their parents have is theirs. I am sure there is not anything that they need that their father and mother would not give them. Nevertheless, their father has not turned over his finances to them, and he has not turned over authority in the household to them. , God is caring for us, He is meeting all of our needs, but the day will come that we will grow up, and we will indeed walk in the righteousness and the power of the Father.

Many people get very upset over this because of how they perceive this, and maybe, in fact, there are people preaching it this way, I really do not know. They perceive that man in his fallen state is going to be God. That is what they think that this message is. They think it is being preached that man, in his sinful state, is going to have the ability to be God. This is not the case. This is a fallacy. The promise of the Bible is that we shall be swallowed up by the emerging Christ within us. We shall become one with Him, and His righteousness shall be expressed through our personality. The heart of man is desperately wicked, and there is no salvation for the heart of man outside of being joined to Christ.

When I first went into deliverance, I used to believe that if you just kept on casting out demons that, eventually, you get to a point where you would be OK. The day came that the Lord showed me, "No, no, you can cast out all the demons, and you will be dead because the natural man is made up of the root of the tree of the natural man and many demons." That is what he is made up of. To attain to righteousness and the glory of God, something must be added, and what must be added is Jesus Christ, and we have witnesses to this in the Old Testament.

In one instance, Elisha had a school of the prophets, and they were making a stew. One of the student prophets made an error, and he put a poisoned gourd in the stew, and they yelled for their teacher. They said, "Help us, there is death in the pot." What did Elisha do? Did he dump out the pot? Did he strain it? Did he separate it? No, he added something to it. He added meal to it, and meal is representative of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The natural man is a poison, we are poisoned. We are unrighteous, and there is no good thing in us, but Jesus Christ is going to add something to the pot, and we are going to become eatable. Not only are our lives going to become valid and worthwhile, but He is going to pour us out to the world that the world might partake of us, that they too might be cleansed of their sins by that which is added.

Now, the casting out of evil spirits in most instances is necessary, but that is not the end of it. The end of it is Christ. The end of everything is Christ. We must lay hold of Christ.

Now, I want to explain what the commandment is. Paul is saying "the end of the commandment." What commandment is he talking about? Go to Matthew 22:37-40,"And Jesus said to him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and the great commandment, and the second is like unto it, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

What Paul is saying to us is that when we attain the ability to love the Lord our God as our self with all our heart and our soul, and to love our neighbor as our self, when that happens, what will have been accomplished in us is that we will have attained to the place in Christ that we are manifesting the Agape love of the Lord Jesus Christ because our heart has been purified, and because the ability to discern between good and evil has been imparted to us because the faith of Jesus Christ has been uncovered in us.

If you can hear this word and you desire the end of the commandment, the ability to love God with all your heart and soul and to love your neighbor as yourself, if you desire this you have to go to the end of Verse 5 in 1 Timothy and start there. You have to have your faith uncovered, and you have to discern from good and evil, you have to have your heart purified. Then we move on to the ability to fulfill the law of God which is the impartation of grace.

The law has not been done away with, brethren. The spiritual law of God will stand for the life of the ages, but the ability is being imparted to us to keep the law so that we are no longer criminals. What we have done away with is the Levitical ritualistic law of ordinances which was a temporary law. We are told that it was added because of the transgressions. It is apart from the spiritual law of God.

1 Timothy 4:8,"For bodily exercise profits little, but Godliness is profitable unto all sins, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come." I looked up the word "Godliness" in Webster's, and it means, "the quality or state of being Godly," and the word "Godly" in Webster's means, "divine, devoutly conforming to the will of God." Strong's definition from the Greek of Godliness is "Godliness or Holiness." We just understood what that is in English. It is the quality or state of being of conforming to the will of God.

Now, there is a word in English called Godlikeness. This word does not exist anywhere in the Scripture. I did not find it in the Scripture. Godlikeness means resembling God. Remember, we are being made in the likeness and in the image of God. Man today is in the likeness of God. He resembles God. We have similarities with God, actually we are His mirror image. We have a relationship with God, but the word "Godliness," which is used several times in the Scripture, is to devoutly conform to the will of God. That means, "to be as God," and there are many believers today that are not only offended, really....I think they become frightened, and they do not understand it.

As we said earlier, this is not natural, sin-filled man standing up becoming a God, because that is what we have in the earth today. When Adam fell he said, "I will not adhere to the law of God, I reject you, I am going to make my own law," and Adam lifted Himself up as God. All of the tyranny and horror that we see in the earth today is the result of mankind saying that, "I am God." We do not have to worry about that happening because it has already happened here.

God is going to save us by giving us His Spirit. The Scripture is very clear that we have, not only the right, but the privilege of praying that the Lord impart Godliness to us, the ability to be as God. It is not going to happen in our sinful state, people. We have to get cleaned up, and the cleaning up is not by our power. There are a lot of ministries today saying that this is what you do to get cleaned up.

Brethren, there is nothing you can do to get cleaned up except humble yourself before God, and submit yourself to His processing. It is the work of Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "I come to do the work that the Father has given me," and this is the work. He has come to impress the image of the Living God upon the soul of mankind so that the life of Christ can be lived out through each and everyone of us.

We are going to be skipping over several verses in 1 Timothy. What Paul is doing in this book, and actually what he does throughout the Scripture, is that he will talk about natural things....in some books this is more obvious than others, and then he talks about spiritual things. We are told in the Scripture that first what is natural, and then what is spiritual. What Paul does very often, and it is very subtle, so if you do not know about it, it could go right over your head. He will preach one or two verses about the natural realm, and then he moves right into the spiritual realm.

If God does not quicken it to you, you do not know that he is no longer talking about natural things, and now he is talking about spiritual things. What he is doing through this whole book of 1 Timothy is that he has given us one or two or more verses in the natural. Then he skips right to the spiritual, and then he goes back to the natural. I feel what the Lord wanted me to do today is, pretty much, zero in on the spiritual. We will touch on one or two of the natural just to point out to you that this is what he is doing. Perhaps it will help you in your own studies of the Bible.

We are starting at 1 Timothy, Chapter 2, Verse 4. I am going to paraphrase a little here because we are picking up in the middle. "For the Lord will have all men to be saved, and to come unto a knowledge of the truth. There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all to be testified in due time." Verses 1-3, "I exhort you, therefore, that first of all, supplication, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men...for kings and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all Godliness and honesty."

Now, what Paul is doing there is he is giving us the law. We have talked about this in another meeting that the church is still under the law. There are things that we have to do to stay right with God until He has completed the impartation of His spirit to us. We have to, at least, try to obey the law while the process of His spirit being impressed upon our soul is taking place.

Paul is giving them the law. He is saying, "This is what you have to do if you want to be right with God," and now he is telling you why. He is saying, "because the Lord Jesus Christ (now I am back in Verse 4) will have all men to be saved, and to come to a knowledge of the truth." This is why you have to follow the law and walk as orderly as you can while Jesus Christ is performing His work in you. The law of God wants all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of truth. The reason for this is that there is just one God, and that there is just one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all to be testified in due time.

First he is talking about natural things, and then he is talking about spiritual things.

Today, we are going to zero in on the spiritual things. The Greek word translated "ransom" means, "a redemption price." It is from two Greek words that are used together to form the one word, and they mean, "for the purpose of something being loosened, or something being melted, or something being put off." He gave Himself for the purpose that something should be melted, or put off, or loosened. Now, we know that we are being loosened from this natural realm. We have been married to Adam. We are married to this natural realm, and we have to leave our husband behind.

Actually, it is our human spirit that is being loosened away from this earth realm, this fallen realm, and it is going to be married to Christ. When Jesus Christ marries our human spirit, one of the results of that will be that the rest of the living soul will be reconciled unto God. That is what is happening. The human spirit is being loosed away from her current marriage partner.

Verse 6," Who gave Himself a ransom for all to be testified in due time." Now, the Greek word translated "testified," means something evident, and we have talked about this before that the Greek New Testament is translated from the Aramaic. Sometimes, if you look something up in the Greek, and you do not feel that God is quickening to you what you are trying to say, you can get the Hebrew word that was translated into the Greek and possibly get more insight.

I went back into the Hebrew word that was translated, whatever the Greek was that was "testify." Are you following me? The Hebrew word that eventually got to be the English "testify" means....now, there are several meanings, but this is very interesting. One of the meanings is "An appointed meeting and assemblage, and especially the congregation of the Israelites, or a meeting of a family."

I am going to read this Verse 6 to you as it is in the King James, and I will give you an Alternate Translation on it." Who gave Himself a ransom for all to be testified in due time." Alternate Translation: "Who gave Himself so that all could be melted, loosened, or put off, loosened from the soul realm, for the purpose of meeting with Him at the appointed time, when the congregation, of Israel, shall be gathered." I like that one. Hallelujah.

Paul is saying that you have to obey the law. You have to attempt to do what is righteous. Now, we know that in many, if not in most instances, even believers who are really moving in a mature way in Christ cannot control their own thoughts. He is saying, "Do what is right, ignore your thoughts, may your behavior manifest the love of God. God will honor it, and He will work His righteousness into your thoughts."

The first three verses are all the things we have to do. We have to pray, we have to make intercession, we have to raise our hands, and do all these good things while we are waiting for the image of Jesus Christ to be impressed upon our soul so that we can be loosed from this natural realm. Then, we can meet with Jesus Christ at the appointed time when the congregation of Israel is gathered. Did you hear that? Glory to God.

I want to touch on Verse 7. Now Paul says, "Whereunto I am ordained a preacher and an apostle." Well, unto who was he ordained a preacher and an apostle? What is he talking about? What he is saying is, "I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle unto the end, that you should indeed be loosed from the soul realm, and come forth at the exact appointed appropriate time to meet with the Lord Jesus Christ when the congregation of Israel is being gathered. I am here before that time for the purpose of ministering, to you whatever it is that the Lord God wills that you need, so that you will be ready at the time of the gathering of the saints in heaven." Hallelujah! Glory to God.

Verse 8," I will therefore that men pray everywhere lifting up holy hands without wrath and doubting." Now, we know that in Verse 1 and 2, Paul was obviously speaking about natural things because you have to pray for kings and make intercessions and give thanks. That is pretty natural. I do not think anyone could argue with that, but down in Verse 8 he says, "I will, therefore, that men pray everywhere listing up holy hands without wrath and doubting."

Now, has Paul gone back to the natural or is he talking about spiritual things? Let us find out what it says. The Greek word translated, "lift up" means "to lift the heel again." It is also used in phrases in the Scripture to mean "to lift the heel again." It has been used in Christ's ascension, that Christ was lifted up. It is also used to describe being lifted up in pride. What I am suggesting to you is that this word "lift up" can have a spiritual application.

The word "hand" has many meanings in the Greek. Such significance is applied to hands, and it can be used to mean "to lay hold of." It is not only the hand, but the Greek word implies what the hand is used for, and it can mean "to lay hold of."

The Greek word translated "Holy" means....now, there are four Greek words that are translated Holy. This is the Greek word that means, "The performance of one's duty towards God." I would like to read Verse 8 for you in the King James, and I would like to give you an Alternate Translation on that. Verse 8, 1 Timothy, Chapter 2,"I will, therefore, that men pray everywhere lifting up holy hands without fear and doubting." Alternate Translation: "Let men pray everywhere to be caught up to the spiritual plane where they can lay hold of the ability to fulfill their duty towards God, thus fulfilling the commandment to love Him."

I want to remind you that the word "Holy" means, "one's performance of duty toward God." We cannot do it. It is impossible unless Jesus Christ imparts the ability to do it. The ability to do it, the enabling to do it, is by the vehicle of His spirit, and we cannot get His spirit. He has to give it to us. I suggest to you that Paul, in Verse 8, has not returned to the carnal realm of his preaching. He continues on in the realm of the spirit, and is encouraging men to pray everywhere so that they be caught up by Christ to the spiritual place. There they can, indeed, receive the grace of God which will enable them to lay hold of the ability to fulfill their duty towards God...which is the two commandments which we spoke about earlier, "To love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and all thy mind, and to love thy neighbor as thyself."

The Greek word translated "doubting" means "internal debate." The Greek word translated "wrath" is a very powerful word, and it does not only mean "anger," but it also means "anger unto the point of killing somebody." We know that Jesus said that if you are angry with your brother without a cause that you have murdered him. What I suggest to you that Paul is saying here is, "Let men pray everywhere that the ability to fulfill the law of God can be imparted to them without the wrath, and the murder, and the negativity of internal debate."

Now, what does that mean? We have spoken in prior meetings about the conflict that is going on in our mind, that we are two men, that we are Christ, and that we are Adam.

We spoke about the conflict between the Archangel Michael and the Devil for the vessel known as "the body of Moses." The Lord showed us that the Son of God that was within the vessel known as Moses, was contending with the Devil over the body of Moses, which life, the life of Christ, or the life of the living soul, was going to be revealed to the vessel known as Moses. There was, indeed, an internal debate going on. Michael was preaching to the Devil. We discussed this in a prior tape.

What I suggest Paul is saying to us here is that he is praying for us. He says, "I pray for you, therefore, that you receive the ability to fulfill the law of God without internal debate. That the soul realm be placed so forcefully under your feet that you can not even hear what Satan has to say. That he be utterly shut up, put underfoot, tread underfoot, and serve his purpose. He was created to give form to the creation. He was not created to input his ideas into your decision-making process or into your spiritual life, and ultimately his mouth will be shut totally."

God gave me a dream once that I would like to share. It was a long time ago, and I really did not understand what it meant. I was in a house, and it was a private house but many people were there. They were all lined up, and somebody was teaching, and I knew it was the word of God. All of a sudden, there was this noise, such a loud noise, and the teacher went walking up and down looking for the noise. At the end of the line there was a person, a man, and he was talking, and yelling at the top of his lungs. He was talking so loud that he was drowning out everything that the teacher had to say. She rebuked him, and he would not be quiet. She asked him to leave, and he would not go. He was just yelling his own false doctrine at the top of his lungs, and she laid hold of him, opened the door to the house, and pushed him out and slammed the door.

She started teaching again, and everybody could hear the word of God. Well, this is what Satan does to us. He imparts his own thoughts, the thoughts of the carnal mind, his false doctrine. He imparts them to our mind, he creates confusion with the thoughts that are being imparted to us by Christ. If he can, he will drown out the thoughts of Christ completely. You wonder how a lot of people that have tasted of the good word of God, of the deep word of the Lord, how they can just go back, how they can leave it, and go back.....but Satan spoke so loudly to them that he tread the good word of God underfoot. They are no longer here any more. We have spoken about this battle that is going on in our minds.

Paul says,"I will, I pray for you, that God impart the ability to you to fulfill the commandments of God, that you should not even hear a sound from Satan." Well, that is the fulfillment of the promise that Christ should rule and reign in us. What a beautiful prayer he prayed over this congregation, and unfortunately, and although I do not think there is anything wrong with raising your hands before God, the church world has been denied this revelation. They think that all he was saying is that you should physically lift up your hands. Brethren, he is saying much more than that.

He still goes on, and I am going to call it the spiritual mode. For those of you who do not know anything about computers, we have different modes that we go into. Paul can be preaching in the natural mode or he can be preaching in the spiritual mode, and he goes back and forth. I suggest to you that he is still in the spiritual mode. We are in Verse 9 where he says, "And in like manner that woman adorn themselves in modest apparel with shamefacedness and sobriety and not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array."

Now, what in the world is he talking about here? Where does that come from? We just got spiritual. He is telling us all about the promises of God, he is praying for us that we receive the promises of God, and now, all of a sudden, he is talking about women's dress. Let us find out what he is saying here.

Verse 9 and 10," In like manner also that women adorn themselves in modest apparel with shamefacedness and sobriety, not with braided hair, or gold, or pearl, or costly array, but which becometh women professing Godliness." Now, this is not women who have Godliness, but are aspiring to or desiring to attain to Godliness with good works. They should be adorned with good works.

I would like to make a point to you here. Back in Verse 9, Paul talks about men. He has one verse relating to men, and he is praying for them. We know what he prayed for them, I said it three times already. In Verse 9 and 10 he is talking about women, and he is talking about two kinds of women. There are carnal women that go around, and they are all concerned with their appearance, and then there are spiritual women who are manifesting the spirit of God.

Now, I am going to suggest, to you, that if you are a physical male, and you are not moving with the spirit of God, you are spiritually female. You can be a physical male in this natural realm, and there is no such thing as that you are a spiritual man, or you are not a spiritual man. Spiritually, in the eyes of God, if you are not moving, if you are not influenced by the spirit of God, spiritually you are female, and I just pray that the Lord quicken this to whomever He wants to hear it.

Now, we are talking about two kinds of women. There is the natural woman, and there is a spiritual woman. Do you understand what I am saying? There are two kinds of women. You can be a natural woman, or you can be a spiritual woman. There are not two kinds of men. Either you are a spiritual man or spiritually, in the eyes of God, you are female.

We have two kinds of women, and Paul is saying, "Do not be a natural woman, do not worry about your external appearance." He is saying to be involved in the things of God because when you are involved in the things of God, what is going to happen to you is that you are going to become a spiritual man. Whether your body is male or whether your body is female, when you are moving under the anointing of Jesus Christ, in the eyes of God, you are a man. God is a spirit, and He relates to us as spiritual beings.

We are in this flesh for a season. We have talked about this on prior tapes, and, of course, we are physical males and physical females, and there are laws that apply to family situations. There are laws that apply to relationships between husbands and wives. There are laws that apply to the relationship between children and their parents, and, of course, we cannot spiritualize that because we are living in the natural realm.

When it comes to the things of God, your sex is determined by your relationship to the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are in a condition of spiritual weakness, if you cannot hear from God, if you are being ruled by the soul realm, in God's eyes, you are female. I am sorry if that offends you, but do me a favor and pray about it. Praise the Lord. We have a man in the congregation that said, "You are right."

Now, we go on to Verse 11, to the tremendously misunderstood Scripture, and God wants it exposed. I have heard Paul called a woman hater because of these Scriptures. I do not believe that Paul hated women. I believe Paul was on a very high spiritual realm, and sometimes when people are up that high you just cannot understand them until you get up, at least, close to them. You may not have to be up as high as they are, but you have to be, at least, close to them.

Verse 11," Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection." Verse 12," But I suffer not a woman to teach nor to usurp authority over the man but to be in silence." The Greek word translated "learn," without a question of a doubt, by its usage, we know can mean "spiritual knowledge."

The Greek word translated "silence" means, "desist from language." It means to stop talking, but it also means "to keep one's peace, to be still or peaceable," and that word is from a Greek word which means "to put underfoot, to arrange in an orderly manner, to assign to a certain position." I am suggesting to you that Paul is saying here, "Let the soul realm, not only let the soul realm, but if you are a human being, I do not care whether your body is male or female, if you are in a spiritual place where you are having trouble hearing from God...where you are confused, where you are overtaken, where you do not know what is going on, but the Lord is saying, shut up, do not argue with the spiritual man."

You do not have to believe everything someone says. You do not have to believe everything that I say, but you can pray about it, and you can put it before God. if you are in that realm, and we all know where we are, just ask God. He will tell you where you are. If you are a spiritual woman stop arguing with the spiritual man and listen. Maybe you will learn something. You do not have to believe everything he says, like he is God, but put it before the Lord, ask if it is true, open yourself to it, submit yourself to the elder of the church, no matter what kind of a body that elder is manifesting in.

That is what I suggest to you that he is saying. "Let the human being that is spiritually female learn spiritual things without speaking. Do not contradict, just put it in your heart." We are told that when the Holy Spirit told Mary that she was carrying Jesus in her womb, she just put these things in her heart. An angel had come to her, and who was she to contradict an angel? She did not understand it, but she just laid it to her heart, and trusted God that He would explain it to her. Paul is saying, "If you are in the spiritual realm that is female, learn in silence, do not argue with the spiritual elder. With all subjection, subject your female realm to whom God has witnessed to you is a spiritual elder."

You are not to be overtaken by him or her, you do not have to become a cult member, you do not have to be bound, or subject to that person in the natural realm. This is a spiritual thing.

We are talking about spiritual things, and we have to separate the spiritual from the natural. What happens in a lot of congregations is that people do this, they over-do it, and they subject their natural lives to the person who is in the pulpit. You are not supposed to do that. You are not supposed to subject your natural life to the person that is in the pulpit, and if you cannot separate your spiritual life from your natural, you have to ask God to help you.

We see a lot of Christians in bondage today. It is terrible. I heard a preacher say once from the pulpit, "I have the right to command you to come to a particular meeting." No, you do not. What are you going to do if I do not do it? No, that's witchcraft, brethren. If you are in the pulpit, and you are saying things similar to that to your people, you are involved in witchcraft. I do not care whether you have the Holy Spirit or not. You can give them your opinion, you can tell them that you think it is right that they come to the meeting, or that you think that it is right that you do this or that, but anything beyond that is witchcraft. Glory to God, it is the truth.

Verse 12," But I suffer not a woman to teach nor to usurp authority over the man but be in silence." The soul realm cannot teach, brethren. It was told to me that it was said to a member of this congregation that they would come here if one of the men in the congregation was preaching. Well, maybe God has not called that man to preach. I am not making a judgment as to where that man is, whether he is a spiritual male or a female, but you cannot have the woman preach. You have to assume that if you believe God is attesting to this ministry that the person in the pulpit is a spiritual man. You have to believe it or you should not be here. You should go some place else.

"But I suffer not a woman to teach." The soul realm cannot teach. Listen, I know when I first came to the Lord, a lot of people in the church were raised in the church. They may not have had much revelation, but they knew the word of God. They were reading the word of God since they were very young children. I did not have that experience so I did not even have the letter of the word. God sent me to a teaching church. I just sat in those services, and I just let the preaching just wash over me. It just washed over me, and what my soul, and my spirit caught, it caught, and what did not root into me went down into the wayside, but what I caught, I caught, and God just did miracles in me.

If you are spiritually female just be quiet, stop trying to teach, stop trying to show how much you know, stop trying to show how spiritual you are. Submit yourself to the elder of the church, and receive whatever is coming out towards you so that your female realm will be fertilized, and you will produce the same revelation. Glory to God. It is for everybody. The only reason we have preachers now is that there are people around today that are not yet in a spiritual place where they could do for themselves.

As soon as the whole world is in a place where they can do it for themselves, there are not going to be any more preachers. Nothing special about preachers. God sent us to help you, and the sooner you come up preaching the better. Great. Great for everybody. Tell your female realm to be quiet and stop trying to usurp authority over the spiritual realm. Do not even listen to these doctrines of demons. Put them under your foot, and make your soul realm to be in silence. Take authority over your soul realm. Hallelujah.

Then, Paul goes on to say in Verse 13, "Adam was first formed, and then Eve." He was giving us a natural example so that we could understand spiritual things. "And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." Now, he is saying that Adam is to your spiritual man as Eve is to your female realm. Even if your spiritual man is not that mature, he is saying that it was your soul realm that was deceived. Stop listening to it.

What is your soul realm? Your emotions. If you hear a doctrine, or if you hear a teaching and the result of it is that you are afraid, that is not God. Brethren, the way God deals with false doctrine is that He tells you the truth, and the truth will swallow up the lie. That is God. God does not make you afraid. You do not have to go running out of a service or burn a tape because something that you heard makes you afraid because you never heard it before. I am suggesting to anyone listening to this tape, and to anybody here that if you hear this tape or anyone else's tape or anyone else's message, and you give it up because you are afraid, then you have subjected yourself to your soul realm. The woman in you has overtaken the spiritual man and has had her way with you.

You have rejected a doctrine based on female knowledge which must be erroneous. There is no spiritual knowledge in the soul realm that is valid. It is a lie. The whole soul realm is a lie. It is going to be wiped out. It is a shadow. It is going to be swallowed up by the life of Christ. It is not real so why would you want to believe anything that it says? Emotions prevail and rule in the soul realm. If you are rejecting something that there is a slight possibility that it might be of God, because of an emotion that you feel, brethren, you had better get before God, and find out what is happening inside your head. You may be being subjected to the spiritual realm of the soul which is your female realm, which Paul clearly says, "Do not let it happen to you."

Verse 15, Paul says, nevertheless, "Notwithstanding," (the fact that Eve was seduced, and she became a part of the transgression) she shall be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety." I would like to point out to you the difference in the change in the pronoun. "Notwithstanding, she shall be saved in childbirth, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety." I suggest to you that this is a clear witness that Paul is still in the spiritual mode.

When he says "she," he is talking about the living soul that died who was made up of many cells. Everyone of us is a cell in the one living soul. God only created one living soul. First he refers to her as the whole. Notwithstanding she, or the living soul, shall be saved in childbearing, if they, if each and everyone of your individual cells of the living soul continue in faith, and charity and holiness with sobriety, and God is saving the whole living soul that died . He cannot reject one and not save another. It is all one entity. Glory to God.

The word holiness....one of the Greek words for holiness is "separation and sanctification," and the Greek word translated "sobriety" means, "soundness of mind." 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us,"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." What he is saying here is that, of course, the childbearing is the birth of the Christ child because we are saved by the life of Christ who is birthed in us who joins Himself to us, and who makes Himself one with us. That is how we attain to Godliness by being one with Jesus Christ.

He is not polluted by the pollution of the soul realm. The Scripture says that when you join yourself to a harlot you are polluted. The Scriptures tells us that in the natural, in the Book of Proverbs, young men are warned not to join themselves to harlots. We are told that in the spiritual, if you join yourself to a harlot you are polluted, but, glory to God, Jesus Christ is not porous.

There is nothing in Him that will receive. He just gives and gives. He flows out, He emanates, He pours out. He does not receive. When Jesus Christ joins Himself to the negative realm...we receive, we are negative, we are blown about by every false wind of doctrine, we receive evil spirits, we are raped at will in the soul realm, we are victims, we are porous, we absorb, and when Jesus Christ comes to us, brethren, He does not receive of our poison. We receive of His holiness, of His righteousness. We receive of everything that is good in Him, and we become as He is. He does not become a harlot when He joins Himself to this harlot, because He is God.

A man cannot join himself to a harlot. He will be polluted, but Jesus Christ cannot be polluted. Everything He touches turns white as snow. Everything. He is God. Nothing can pollute Him. He purifies, He cleanses. Sometimes He does it with great pain, but when you get up off the floor after you have had your confrontation with God you are going to be clean, brethren. It could take years, but I prophesy unto you. If you have had a confrontation with the living God, when you give up you will be clean. He is not backing down, brethren. You better stop pushing against the pricks because you do not stand a chance. Glory to God.

Back to Verse 15, 1 Timothy 2. "Notwithstanding, the living soul shall be saved by the emerging life of Christ, if they, the individual cells of the living soul, continue in separation and sanctification." We have talked about this. We must maintain the separation in our mind of the thoughts of Christ from the thoughts of Adam. We have to actively work towards this. When a thought rises up in our mind that we know is not God because we measure it up against the Scripture, and it is not a Godly thought, if we cannot step on it, we have to cry out to God and say, "God I discern that to be an ungodly thought. Help me, it has overtaken me." I do that all the time, brethren, and God helps me. He never fails to help me.

We have to continue in faith. We know what faith is, that we continue pursuing the Lord Jesus Christ. We have to continue in charity desiring the Agape love of the Lord Jesus Christ. If we cannot take authority over our thoughts to at least do what is right as an act of faith that God will then impart the ability to us to think what is right with sobriety, soundness of mind, which can only be imparted to us by the Lord Jesus Christ.

What is Paul saying? He is saying that the living soul that died is going to be saved through the emerging Christ if they continue in everything that God...now that word "continue" means "to abide." Throw yourself into Christ. Christ is there.

You see, the ability to have faith, to have charity, to have holiness with sobriety, is within us. That ability is within us in the form of the Christ that is within us. Go after it. Seek after it. Desire it. Pray for it, and it is available to you. This is the part for man, this is what we have to do. Desire it, ask God for it. You do not have to get involved in religious works, but desire it, and if you do not desire it, tell God. If you can hear this word, and you really know that you do not desire it, but you can receive this word, tell it to God. Tell Him, "I want this, but I do not even desire it, it is not in my heart." He will give it to you. He will do it for you.

He loves you, and every promise in this Bible He wants for you, to each and everyone of you. If you have a problem, He will help you, but you have to stop fighting Him. When you fight God all of His energies towards you are involved in bringing you into submission. He does not start bringing forth these promises in your life until you lay it down. He only gives these promises to His friends. When you are in rebellion, you are His enemy. He is not giving you these promises when you are in rebellion. He is beating your head in. Lay it down and come and drink of the fountain of living waters and receive of everything that God has for you.

We are going on now to Chapter 3 where Paul reverts to the natural mode. He is talking about becoming a Bishop, and it is a good thing. He is back in the natural mode. God has to show these things to you. There is no way you can know it unless God shows it to you. I find it fascinating the way he moves in and out from the natural mode to the spiritual mode. We are going to skip over to Chapter 3, Verses 14 and 15 because we are pretty much staying with the spiritual mode in this message.

Verse 14, Chapter 3, 1 Timothy, Paul says, "These things write I unto thee hoping to come to you shortly but if I"....in other words, he is saying to them that these are the things that you have to do until I come to you to give you more spiritual strength through preaching to you. Through giving you knowledge, these are the natural things that I want you to do." But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou ought to behave thyself in the house of God which is the church of the living God and the pillar and the grounds of the truth."

He says that while I am not there, while I am not there helping you with spiritual things and strengthening you and teaching you, these are the things that you have to do. This is how you should act in the house of God. In the Greek, that means the natural family of God. This is how you behave yourself with your brethren, among your brothers and your sisters. These are the rules of the natural life. This is what you do.

In the house of God which is the Church of the living God, that is the spiritual family of God, for clearly here he is saying that there is a natural family of God, and there is a spiritual family of God, and how you treat the natural family of God, that is how you treat the spiritual family of God. You cannot separate this, brethren. You cannot say that this brother over there has a really annoying habit, and I am not going to be nice to him because he is just of the natural family of God. We are fused together, we are joined, and it behooves us....God has given us the responsibility over dealing with ungodly behavior in our brethren, and because a brother has an ungodly manifestation, that does not give us the right to behave in an ungodly manner. I do not care how he provokes us.

I am not sitting here telling you that I have it made because I have failed many, many, times. What I am telling you is that we are not excused from Godly behavior because there is an obnoxious brother in the church.

I had a very upsetting experience a few months ago. I was sitting in a church service just before God raised up this ministry. The spirit of God had really been poured out the prior few weeks, but it was not poured out in the service. What happens so often in that instance may not even be in man's conscious mind, but he spiritually discerns that the outpouring is no longer there. He wants to do something, and the tendency of the natural man is to blame the people.

The lead guitarists stood up, and I have been going to that church for 5-6 months, and I never heard him rebuke the people. He stood up and he started rebuking the people, and telling them that they had to do this and they had to do that. Now, he wants them to stand up and do this, and raise their hands. I felt that I did not want to submit to that spirit of witchcraft, and I did not stand up.

A woman sitting in the row behind me stood up, and hit me on the head. I could not believe it, and she did not tap me. She hit me on the head, and she leaned over and she said to me," Just want to make sure you are not sleeping." I sat in my seat, and I said, "Lord, I do not want to do anything ungodly, but this is really wrong what she did to me. This is witchcraft, you cannot tell me that I have to do that. The guitarist cannot tell me I have to do it, and the woman standing behind me could not tell me that I had to do it." I said, "Lord how do I deal with this because I was really upset," and the Lord quickened Scriptures to me that told me that we are entitled to rebuke our brethren in love.

We do not have to be abused, and I said, "Alright Lord, I know that I am emotionally upset, which means there is a good chance I could be moving in a spirit that is not you, but I am putting this before you, and I think you have told me to rebuke her in love. Now, if that is you, you just make a way," and I stood up, and the meeting was breaking up. She could have even been gone. She was standing right there.

I turned around, and we were eye ball to eye ball, and the Holy Spirit came up in me, and I said," Sister you should not do that to a brethren. I was in deep meditation, with the Lord, at that moment, and you shocked me, and you should lay hands on no man suddenly, that was a wrong thing to do," and the poor thing, you know....actually, what had happened was that she was manipulated by the spirit of witchcraft coming from the guitarist. She was really a victim. She was horrified, it hurt her, but I believe it was God, and I believe that I did her a service. Hopefully she went before the Lord and asked him what happened. "Did I do wrong? Did she have a right to rebuke me like that?"

We do not have to be abused by anybody in the church or in the world, but we can, in a Godly manner, oppose ungodly behavior coming against us. If we manifest, if we are attacked and we manifest ungodly behavior, we have to repent whether the other person repents or not because our ungodly behavior was unto God. We have to check out ourselves, get the moat out of our own eyes first. We are responsible to God for our behavior, not for other people's behavior.

Paul is telling the people, "I am telling you how to deal with the natural people of God. Even though they have all of these horrible manifestations, and they are picking on you, doing ungodly things, rejecting you, and hating you, whatever they are doing, they are still the Church of the living God. The Church of the living God is within them. The day is coming that Jesus Christ is going to call us forth, and you cannot mistreat the people of God." That is what Paul said. I am telling you how to act.

I want to read this again. "But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou ought to behave thyself in the natural family of God which is indeed the spiritual family of God which is the pillar and the ground of the truth." Now, the Greek word translated "pillar" means "support," and it means "to stiffen or to stand." Now, we have spoken about this before that when we are spiritually weak, we are lying down. Jesus Christ is bringing us to a place where we will be standing erect in full spiritual power with the soul realm under our feet.

What Paul is saying here is that the Church of the living God, which is within the natural church that is all mixed up today, he says that they are the strength of the Lord Jesus Christ in the earth. The Greek word translated "ground" means, "a support, a base, immovable, steadfast." He is saying that these people that you see that are all messed up today, nevertheless, they are the spiritual Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are the manifestation of God in the earth, and they are the vehicle for the manifestation of spiritual maturity and strength in the earth today. "I do not want you sinning against them no matter what kind of behavior they manifest." That is what he says. You do what is right. Hallelujah.

Then he goes on to say...I just want to remind you that from Chapter 1 through Chapter 13 he is all in the natural mode, talking about deacons and bishops, and then all of a sudden out of the blue he gets into this really heavy spiritual stuff. In Verse 15 he says, "Without controversy, great is the mystery of Godliness." What is he talking about?

Let me back up and give you something...which is the pillar and the ground of the truth. I have two Scriptures for you. Hebrews 10:9, "He taketh away the first that He might establish the second." That is the word "immovable," that is the word "ground." Ephesians 6:14," Stand, therefore, having your loins girded about with truth." That is the word "ground." Just a witness that he is talking about spiritual maturity.

Back to 15, "And without controversy, great is the mystery of Godliness: God would manifest in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, and received up into glory." What in the world is he talking about? Where did that come from? What he is saying, brethren, is that the Church of the living God...and the Greek word "church" means "assembly." We are an assembly of the manifestations of the living God. That is the mystery of Godliness.

How can this Godliness, how can the spiritual Church be within the natural church that is so messed up? I mess up, I do things that are not nice, I hurt people's feelings. I may not mean to, I strive not to do it, but this is the condition of the Church today. We are natural people, and we do things that are wrong. Hopefully, not for malicious motives, but we do things that are wrong. Well, how can the spiritual Church of the living God, which is the pillar and the ground of the truth, which is the expression of the spiritual power of the Lord Jesus Christ in the earth, how can this exist inside of these people? "That hurt my feelings, they reject me, they work witchcraft on me, they hit me on the head, how can this be?"

Well, Paul says, "And without controversy, great is the mystery of Godliness." He goes on to explain to us how God is bringing forth the spiritual Church out of the natural church.

This is how He is doing it, brethren. There are six steps to it, and we know that six is the number of man. There are six stages in your experience with Christ that will result in you attaining unto Godliness. Each and every one of these steps has to be made manifest in your individual life. It has to be appropriated. It is not happening out there, it is happening in here.

Step #1 - God was manifest in the flesh. Jesus Christ appeared. The spirit of God appeared in Jesus Christ who was born of the virgin Mary. God is being birthed in us. He is going to be made manifest in our flesh, in your flesh, in my flesh. "He that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is anti-Christ." He is coming in the flesh, in your flesh. Not just in the flesh of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The nature and qualities of God are being impressed on our soul, on each and every human being on the face of the earth. That is Step #1.

Step #2 - He is justified. That has already happened in the man named Jesus Christ of Nazareth. It is happening to all of us now. Second, He is justified in the spirit, and, of course, this is all past tense with Paul. Let us not get messed up again. It may have happened in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, but it has not happened in me. He is justified in the spirit. The Greek word translated "justified" means, "to be shown to be innocent or righteous in the spirit," and it is from the Greek word that means "judgment." How was Jesus Christ justified in the spirit? I heard that for years and really did not know what it meant.

Well, to be proven righteous...when you are righteous, you have the ability to put the soul realm under your feet. I know how weak I was when I came to the Lord. I could not put the soul realm under my feet. Well, first of all before I had Christ, I had nothing to put the soul realm under with. I was all soul realm. Then Jesus Christ comes. I am not righteous yet because the spiritual realm in me is not yet purified enough to utterly subdue the soul realm, so I am righteous by faith, the imputed anointing, but the righteousness of Christ is not reigning in my mind. I have sin in my mind.

We know that we are righteous when we utterly subdue the soul realm, when it goes under our feet.

John 16:11 says," The prince of this world is judged." Who is the prince of this world? He is the Satanic realm, the unconscious part of the carnal mind, in our own mind. He is judged. He is going underfoot. Glory to God. He is going underfoot. When the Scripture says He was justified in the spirit, that means...the word "justified" comes from the Greek word "judgment." It means the soul realm is being judged. When Jesus Christ entered into our heart, He starts to judge the prince of this world.

That is in me, that is in you, that is in our mind, and thus come the trials and tribulations. He utterly breaks the back of the soul realm who does not want to submit to the Christ in us. I was ruling my own life. I was having a ball. I would do anything I wanted. What do I have to listen to God for? You think you have it made? No, you do not. All of a sudden, I am powerless. I was a very independent person. Cannot do this, cannot do that, cannot hold a job...never had trouble holding a job in my life. Never had financial problems in my life. All of a sudden I am powerless. God showed me. The Christ in me subdued the soul realm, but it is not completed yet. It is the Christ in me that is being justified by judging the soul realm, or the natural man in my mind, and utterly putting him underfoot.

It happened in Jesus Christ of Nazareth. It is in the process of happening in me, and if that is where you are in Christ, I believe that is everybody sitting here, then you are in the process of this happening to you.

God was manifest in the flesh, the emerging Christ was birthed, He was justified in the spirit. After his birth He put the soul realm underfoot. He was seen of angels. The Greek word translated "angels" means "messenger." Acts 12:15 says, "And they said unto her thou art mad, but she constantly affirmed that it was even so, then said they, it is his angel."

Speaking of Peter. Peter was locked up in jail, and the disciples believed that his angel was knocking on the door. Well, what are they talking about? His spiritual man. Christ emerging in you is an angel. We talked about this in other meetings, and when He has the full rule and reign of your vessel, when you are under the control of the Holy Spirit, you are an angel. If God gives you an assignment, and He sends you to someone with ministry, and at that moment the soul realm is subdued, and Christ is forcefully flowing through you, you are an angel. You are a messenger of God to that person.

We know that Jesus called the preachers of the Church in the Book of Revelation, the angels of the Church. Why? Because when I am sitting up here now, if this is Christ manifesting through me, then I am an angel. I am not saying that every preacher is an angel because every preacher is not manifesting Christ. If you believe that this is the teaching of the Holy Spirit, and it indeed is, if you believe that it is, and if, in fact, it is I, for the moment that I am up here preaching, I am an angel.

Where people get all messed up today is that they have trouble understanding the concept of the natural and the spiritual mode. We flow in and we flow out, and it could be from sentence to sentence, and it could be from word to word. Somebody prayed for me recently. They called me up, and they wanted to pray for me, and a part of their prayer was God. I started to cry. They were in the spiritual mode, and then without even catching their breath they flipped over to the natural mode, and it was not a bad prayer. They did not wish me any harm, they wished good things for me, but I knew that they were not praying the will of God in my life, that it was their own carnal desire for good things to happen to me. This person flipped from the spiritual mode into the natural mode.

The only way we can tell this is happening is by the discerning of spirits. We have to ask God for it. If you do not have it, ask God for it. It is very exciting to see people go from the spiritual to the natural mode. It is a defense. It helps you to cope in the world because you really understand what is going on. You can really comprehend it.

He was seen as angels. Who was He seen by? He was seen of those of us that are now spiritual people. We know that when we see Jesus we will be like Him so we do not see Him totally, but we do see Him in a measure. If we have Christ, and we are spiritual beings, and if we are understanding the Word of God, if God is giving us revelation, we are beginning to see Christ. The natural man cannot see Christ, so if we are seeing Christ in the spiritual mode, the spirit of God is manifesting through us, and at that moment we are angels.

If you are sitting in this congregation today, and you are receiving what I am teaching...now, you do not have to understand every word, but if God is manifesting in you, and your spiritual life is in control of your vessel, you are an angel, and you are receiving ministry from this angel, and you are also seeing Christ. You are an angel if you are receiving this and you are seeing Christ. I am preaching Him to you, and if you are seeing Him, you are an angel that is seeing Christ.

He was preached unto the Gentiles. Who are the Gentiles? The Greek word translated "Gentile" is everyone outside of the congregation of Christ. That is the soul realm, brethren. The Christ was birthed in our vessel. He is justified by putting the soul realm underfoot. He is seen by the new us that is coming forth in Christ, and then He turns around and He preaches to the soul realm in us.

Now remember, we said earlier that our human spirit is being pulled out of this soul realm. It is being married to Christ, and by virtue of the fact that the human spirit is being married to Christ, the rest of the living soul...we are body, soul, and spirit, and the living soul that died is in three parts. Everything else is being reconciled unto God because they are inseparable from the human spirit. That is how Satan, the unconscious part of the carnal mind, is being reconciled to God. The living soul that died is in three parts, Adam, Eve, and Satan. Christ is marrying Eve. Well, what is going to happen to Satan, the unconscious part of the carnal mind, and Adam? They are all one so they, by virtue of the marriage of the human spirit to Christ, the other two parts of the living soul that died will be reconciled unto God and come under His dominion.

We are speaking about Christ being preached to the Gentiles, and we are going to turn to Ephesians 3:9-10. "And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God who created all things by Jesus Christ, to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church, the manifold wisdom of God." Now, what this Scripture is saying is that the powers and principalities are going to be taught the wisdom of God, and they are going to be taught it by the Church.

What I am suggesting to you is that God is telling us that when the spiritual realm in us is developed, when Christ is birthed in us, when He is justified in the spirit, when He places the soul realm under His dominion, when He comes forth to a degree of spiritual maturity where He is an angel that is beholding the face of God, then He is going to turn around and preach the wisdom of God to the soul realm within His own mind.

We know that God gave us an example of this just a few weeks ago in our study in Jude where the Scripture says that Michael, the archangel, contended with the Devil for the body of Moses. The Lord showed us during that study that Michael was the Son of God manifesting in the mind of Moses, and that the Devil was the carnal mind of the natural man in Moses. Michael turned around, and he preached to the Devil, and he said to him. "This is the plan of God, this is the will of God, you will come into submission to me, you will go underfoot because the Lord God has ordained it." Well, it is the same thing. The Lord is speaking about the same thing in the Book of 1 Timothy, Chapter 3, Verse 16, when he says that Christ shall be preached to the Gentiles.

Each and everyone of us is either already going through in part, or will begin to go through, or shall go through this six-fold process that the mystery of Godliness might be made manifest in us. Christ is going to be birthed in us. He is going to rise up and be justified in the spirit, and He is going to place the carnal realm or the Devil, whatever you want to call it, beneath His feet.

The new us, our life, is hid in Christ, and the new person that we are that is joined to Christ is going to emerge forth as a messenger of God, as an angel, and see God and see Christ. Then the next thing we are going to do is turn around and preach to our own carnal minds and explain to it the wisdom of God. Explain to it the purposes that God has for the natural man, and what his function will be in the creation. By this explaining it will, at least partially, lead to our bringing the natural into a further submission because the natural man moves in emotion, and he is terrified of the Christ, but God does not hate him. God loves him as He loves His whole creation, and He would have him to understand his role and his function in the creation. He would say to the natural man, "Peace be unto you," but you must come into submission to the Christ.

Just as we would say to our 10 year old child, "I love you, but you cannot rule this family, and if you persist in your attempt to take dominion over the parents in this family I will chasten you, I will discipline you, I will beat you, I will paddle you, you cannot do it, nevertheless you are a part of this family. We love you, we accept you, we want you, but you must take on the role that God has ordained for you." That is what the Lord is saying to the carnal mind, to the Devil, to the satanic realm. "I created you, therefore there is a purpose for you, but you are out of your place. You must lay down your rebellion and come into submission. Christ has, indeed, been birthed in this vessel, in this mind, and can no longer run rampart because the authority of the living God has made His appearance. Submit and receive the mercy of God. Christ will, indeed, be preached to the Gentiles."

The next thing that is going to happen is that Christ is going to be believed on in the world. Now, the word "believe" means "to put trust in Christ," and the word "world," which is one of three Greek words translated "world," is the Greek word "cosmos," and it means "orderly arrangement." In the lower realms, it is used in the Greek and in the Hebrew to describe the physical cosmos, the sun and the stars and the moon. I suggest to you that each and everyone of us is a cosmos. Our sun is the Lord Jesus Christ, our moon is the soul realm, etc, etc.

Christ is going to be believed on in the world. That means that the entire cosmos, that is my vessel, the Christ in me, the angel in me, the Devil in me, they are going to believe on, they are going to come to the place where they will put their trust in Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.

The next step is that they will be received up into glory. We will be received up into glory. The Greek word translated "receive" means "to take up, to receive up." It is from two Greek words, used together, that means "to be taken up a piece at a time." I suggest to you what this means is that the living soul that died is going to be received up into glory a piece at a time, and there is a corresponding word.

I do not know if it is the exact same Greek word, but the intent is the same in the Book of Revelation where it speaks about the tabernacle being opened in the Heavenlies. If you study that in the Greek, you will find that what it is really saying is that the tabernacle is being opened a piece at a time, one cell of the living soul at a time. Hallelujah, glory to God.

This is, indeed, the mystery of Godliness that is either being, or will be manifested in every human being on the face of the earth. This is how Christ brings a natural man unto Godliness. First, He births His Son in him. His Son comes forth and takes authority over the natural realm in the vessel into which He is birthed. He places the Satanic realm, the unconscious part of the carnal mind, under His feet. The new us is birthed because we are dead, and our life is hid in Christ. We are a new human being, and that spiritual being in God that we are, sees God, and He is seen of angels.

The next thing that happens is that Christ is preached to the Gentiles. The prevailing Christ who has subdued the Satanic realm, the unconscious part of the carnal mind, and put him under His feet, turns around and preaches to the satanic realm, the unconscious part f the carnal mind, that he should have understanding. This can manifest on two levels. This can manifest within our mind, and it also can manifest in the natural because we know there are people out there that are on all different spiritual realms.

We know that we are not supposed to strive with our brother who is on a different spiritual realm. Nevertheless, if we come in contact with somebody and God says to you, "I want you to preach to them even if they are resisting," you must make sure it is God. If it is God, you go for it.

I know that I was in a social situation once. It was all believers there, but it was a social situation, and somehow I got into this spiritual conversation with this man. He believed all of the traditional beliefs, the rapture, and you die, and you go to heaven, and he was arguing with me. I was not arguing with him. I did not even know where this came from, and I was trying to get away from him, but the Lord said to me, "Go for it," and I really was shocked that the Lord would even say that to me. I held back, and I held back but the Holy Spirit was very persistent in my own heart, and said to me, "Go for it."

I responded to the man, and I started telling him all these glorious spiritual truths, that the carnal mind is death, you do not die when your body dies and you leave this realm, but you die when you live and you dwell in a mental state of carnality. I told him that all men will be saved. I told him these great spiritual truths, and he was really upset, but what happened was that we gathered a whole crowd around us. Almost everyone that was fellowshipping there gathered around to hear this debate. Hallelujah.

The Scripture tells us that Paul went to the synagogues and debated with the Jews in the synagogues for a set period of time. He did not convince them, and when God said, "That is enough," he got up and he left the synagogue, and he went and preached to the Gentiles. God did tell him to go to the synagogues, and this night God told me to preach to this carnal Christian. We have this big crowd around us, and at one point the original man got wearied, and he turned the debate over to somebody else who was even more frustrated with me.

Brethren, I did not convince either one of them of the truth of the Word. When I sought the Lord and I said, "Father, what was that all about?" I believe He said to me that somebody, at least one person, that was listening to this debate received a seed that the Lord intended to prosper in his mind. He heard what I was saying, it went into his heart, and we know that the increase can only come from the living God. Hallelujah.

Christ shall be preached to the Gentiles whether it be the Satanic realm, the unconscious part of the carnal mind, in our mind, or whether it be the Satanic realm that is prevailing in the minds of the carnal Christians. I remind you, and I adjure you, to seek God in all things because if we do something like this, and it is not Christ, we are, indeed, harming our brother which we are admonished not to do under any circumstances, but if God says to you, "Go for it," go for it. Hallelujah.

Now the next thing that is going to happen is that Christ will be believed on in the world, the Satanic realm in our mind, and the carnal Christians are going to receive this message. The last part of the mystery of Godliness, the 6th step of the mystery of Godliness is that man, the living soul that died, shall be received up into glory. Now, that is the glorification of the body. Hallelujah. We are going to be received up into glory just as Jesus was, and we are going to be sitting at the right hand of the Father, right there with Him. Hallelujah.

He is the first of many brethren, He is our example, and what happened to Him is going to happen to us. Glory to God. For this is the will of God that the soul realm should be elevated unto the spiritual realm and sit side-by-side with Jesus Christ at the right hand of the Father. Hallelujah.

Moving on to 1 Timothy 6:3-6," If any man teach otherwise and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ and to the doctrine which is unto Godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed about questions and strife of words, wherein cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmising, perverse disputing of men of corrupt mind, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is Godliness, from such withdraw yourself, but Godliness with contentment is great gain."

Now in Verses 1-3, I was just trying to save time by not reading Verses 1 and 2. What the Lord is really speaking about there...well, let me give it to you. "Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor that the name of God and His doctrine be not blasphemed, and they that have believing masters let them not despise them because they are brethren, but rather do them service because they are faithful and beloved partakers of the benefit, these things teach and exhort." Now, Paul is in the natural mode. He is telling the people how to deal with certain members of the natural body of Christ.

Nevertheless, in Verse 3, he goes on to say, "If any man teach otherwise and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to Godliness." Then he goes on to tell us what these people are. What Paul is saying here is that we must follow the doctrine of Godliness which implies that there is a doctrine that is not unto Godliness, brethren.

There is a doctrine which is not unto Godliness, and we are not to strive with these people. We are not to argue with them. We are to know that we are in a spiritual plane that they are not on. There is no way that we can elevate them to where we are. Therefore, we must treat them with mercy, and with kindness, and in love, and not offend them unless the Holy Spirit, in us, wants them to hear something.

The Lord says that when a man that is involved who is manifesting and living out his life in the natural realm comes against the doctrine of Godliness, which we see everywhere today, they are calling God's doctrines unclean simply because they cannot understand it, and they are threatened by it. The Lord says that people that do this are proud, they know nothing, questions and strife of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, demising, perverse disputing of men of corrupt minds. Now, all of these people that are railing, these are Christians that are railing against the true gospel of God.

The gospel that is going to help us, to enable us to attain unto holiness, the Christians today that are railing against it, this is their spiritual condition. Their minds are corrupt. They are destitute of the truth, and they suppose that gain is Godliness. I think it is pretty sad to say that most of the Christians today that rail against the true gospel of the Kingdom believe that gain is Godliness. They look for prosperity. They believe that if you have a car, and you want some money that God is prospering you. They despise the brethren who is having a hard time in his life, not understanding that this man is under the judgment of God which is bringing forth the Christ in them. Not a judgment of condemnation, but the judgment whereby the Christ in them is...

"All these terrible things happening to you, you must be in sin." Well, Jesus says that these men have corrupt minds, and they are destitute of the truth, and from such withdraw yourself. Do not argue with them unless God gives you a specific word for them as I just described earlier. Withdraw yourself from them. Bless them and leave, and then Paul says in Verse 6, "But Godliness with contentment is great gain."

Those of us that are in great travail, being called unto Godliness, the Lord is saying that we should be content. We should not be devastated by the opinions of others that do not know what they are talking about. We should not be devastated by the witchcraft of others that are praying to shut down this revelation. They do not even know what they are talking about. Their minds are as brute beasts, and the Lord will deal with them. We bless them, we withdraw ourselves, and we should be blessed as we partake of the process which is leading us unto Godliness. We should be content with this process as Godliness is, indeed, great gain.

If you are under the trials and tribulations and judgment of God because you are called to a high place in God, brethren, the Lord has called you to contentment. Stop fighting the people in the church that do not understand what is happening to you, and stop fighting the natural realm in your own mind. Stop condemning yourself, but submit yourself to the processing of the Lord, and let Him bring you forth unto Godliness. Hallelujah, glory to God!

I am winding it down now. This is 1 Timothy, Chapter 6, Verses 11-16, and this is it. "But thou, oh man of God, flee these things and follow after righteousness, Godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness, fight the good fight of faith, lay hold of eternal life whereunto you are also called and have professed a good profession before many witnesses. I give thee charge in the sight of God who quickens all things, and before Christ Jesus who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession, that thou keep this commandment (We are back to the commandment again), without spot, blameless until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ which in His time He shall show who is the blessed and the only Potentate, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords."

God is saying, "Have Godliness with contentment, pursue after righteousness, fight the good fight of faith. Fight to do what is right in your life, fight with the Satanic realm in your mind by the power of God to put him under foot, to which life you are called." If you are in this position you are called. If you are in this battle, you are called. Do not think you are not called because you are in a battle. If you are losing, just by the very fact of the battle means that you are called.

Verse 13, "I give thee charge in the sight of God who quickens all things, who makes all things alive." God makes all things alive. Hallelujah. "And before Christ Jesus who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession." What did Jesus do before Pontius Pilate? He would not strive with him. Pontius Pilate said, "I have the power to crucify you, are you not afraid?" Jesus said, "You have no power over me except that which was given to you."

We are not to be threatened by these men on the lower spiritual realms. They do not know what they are doing. We have more knowledge, we are not to strive with them.

Verse 14, he says, "But this is what you do, keep this commandment." The commandment that we spoke about earlier to "love the Lord thy God with all of your heart, and your neighbor as yourself," to keep that commandment without spot, blameless, irreproachable until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ. Where is He appearing, brethren? He is appearing in us. The day is coming that we are not going to look at the church world and say, "Oh, that person did this again, and that person did that again."

No, Christ is going to be there. We are going to look at our brethren, and we are going to see Christ, twenty-four hours a day, one hundred percent of the time. The soul realm will have been subdued, and it will be Christ living out His Godliness through us. Paul says, "Keep the commandment without spot, blameless, until Christ appears in you." Do the best you can. If you fall down, you repent, and God delivers you. He speaks to you as if it is possible, because in God's eyes it is possible.

Going on, "Until the appearing of the Lord Jesus Christ, which in His times, He shall show who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords." The Greek word translated "times" means...we have several Greek words translated "times," and this word is used to express the time during which something indefinite occurs. The times of Jesus Christ are indefinite. We are not told that on June 5th, at five o'clock p.m., the process of Christ appearing in His people is going to start, and it is going to end on June 4th,1999. We are not told that. It is an indefinite period of time in the natural realm that this work of Jesus Christ is coming forth.

The Greek word translated "show" means "to expose to the eyes, to bring to pass, or to produce that which can be seen." What is Jesus saying? He is saying that in the times of Jesus Christ, in the indefinite time period that has been delineated out by Jesus Christ, He shall bring to the natural eyes...He is going to expose to the natural realm that which can be seen. He is going to appear. Jesus Christ, the Living God, the Father in Jesus Christ, is going to appear to the entire human race at the end of these times of Jesus Christ.

The word "blessed" means to be happy, and it implies being joined to Christ. The word "Potentate" means "prince, high officer, or royal minister."

I would like to read Verse 15 again. "Which, in His times, in the delineated time of the Lord Jesus Christ, He shall reveal to the world the one who is the blessed, the happy, and joined to Christ, the only prince, and King of Kings, and Lord of Lords." I am suggesting to you, brethren, that when we manifest Christ, we are not going to be a bunch of little Christs running around. There is one Lord Jesus Christ as there is one living soul that died, and we are all cells in the body of that living soul, whether you want to believe it or whether you do not. It does not matter.

If you are not in Christ you are ruled, utterly ruled, by the brain of the living soul which is Satan, the unconscious part of the carnal mind. Whether you believe it or not, that is the spiritual truth. When Jesus Christ appears, the group of people that are His body will be ruled, and controlled by the brain which is the great Prince, the only Potentate, the Lord of Lords, and the King of Kings, Jesus Christ, manifesting by His will through each and every one of us. Hallelujah! (End of Tape)
