The message for today is called The Latter End, and I would just like to remind everybody that what God is preaching in this ministry is a word of truth. He wants us to understand our spiritual condition. He wants us to understand what has happened to the entire human race that has resulted in our spiritual condition, and He wants us to understand what He proposes to do about our spiritual condition. Unfortunately, there is a lot of error in the church world today, but we know that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord.

We have Christians of all different ages in the world today, and the way that God deals with error is that He speaks the truth. He does not fight with anybody, He does not struggle for who is right, He does not struggle for power, He does not strive with man, He is God, and He just tells us the truth, and we thank God for the privilege of being part of the ministry that is bringing forth this gospel of the kingdom across the world. The Scripture says that when this gospel of the kingdom is preached throughout the entire world, then the end cometh, and that word "world" is one of three Greek words that are all translated "world." If you study it in Strong's it really means the earth of our personal body.

So when that gospel of the kingdom gets into our minds and our hearts, then cometh the end. Part of the message today is that God is going to reveal to us what the end is. There is a lot of speculation today about what the end is, and what is happening in the church is just like what is happening with a lot of our children.

I know that when my daughter was three years old, I sent her to Sunday School, and she heard all about the Holy Ghost, but she did not know who or what the Holy Ghost was, so she conjured up this fantasy in her mind that He was really a ghost like you see in the cartoon, and when she went to a service with her father and I, and there was no ghost she was devastated. She expected to see a ghost flying around.

It is very cute when the child is three. A lot of what is happening in the church today is that we have believers who really love God, but who have not had the oracles of God, the true spiritual word of the Lord, revealed to them yet. So they are reading this Bible, they are reading prophecy, and they are drawing their conclusions that come forth from their carnal mind, but that is not what God is saying to us.

So today, we hope to shed some more light on what God is really saying to man today. I would just like to remind everybody that in the Old Testament, which goes back prior to the crucifixion of Christ, the vehicle through which God spoke to the world was the nation Israel. The vehicle which God is speaking through today is the church. He has raised up ministry in the church, apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers, and pastors. The way we discern these offices on the people that God has raised up is by the discerning of spirits.

You cannot become a member of the five-fold ministry because you go to college, and you are ordained by an existing denomination. You have to look for the anointing of God upon the person and ask the Lord to witness to you who that person is, if they are of God, and what their office is. Hallelujah. There is nothing in the Scripture that says a ministry has to be submitted to another ministry. I call that a denomination. God hates it, He calls it Babylon, and every minister preaching the gospel today answers directly to the Lord Jesus Christ, and through the Lord Jesus Christ to God. We answer not to man. Hallelujah.

We are starting in the Old Testament in the book of Zechariah 5. "Then I turned and lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold, a flying roll. And He said unto me, What seeth thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll, the length thereof is twenty cubits and the breadth thereof ten cubits. Then said He unto me, this is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth. For everyone that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it, and everyone that sweareth shall be cut of as on that side according to it. I will bring it forth saith the Lord of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief and into the house that sweareth falsely by my name, and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and it shall consume with the timber thereof, and the stones thereof. Then the angels that talked with me went forth and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes and see, What is this that goeth forth? And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth. And behold there was lifted up a talent of lead, and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah, and He said, This is wickedness, and He cast it into the midst of the ephah, and He cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof, then lifted I up mine eyes and looked and behold there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings, for they had wings like wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven. Then said I to the angel that talked to me, Whither did these bear the ephah? And He said unto me, To build it, a house in the land of Shinar, and it shall be established and set there upon her own base."

Starting in Zechariah 5:1, "Then I turned and lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold a flying roll...." I would like to remind you that in the Old Testament the Spirit of God did not dwell within man, even those prophets anointed by God through the nation Israel. The Spirit of God did not take up residence in their being, they had to receive counsel from the Spirit of God from without. We are told in the book of Ezekiel that the Spirit entered into him to speak with him. It was not an ongoing abiding relationship like we have in the New Testament, and that is because the Spirit of adoption had not yet been poured out. They needed to employ devices to communicate with the Lord. They had something called the Urim and the Thummim, and they used music, and they used many things to call down the anointing.

Today, if you have Christ, He is within you. You just have to speak with Him, and He is right there. So when Zechariah said, "I turned and lifted up mine eyes," he turned towards God. God had called him. God had said, "Zechariah, I have something to say to you, and he turned and lifted up his eyes," and that Hebrew word translated "lifted up," means that his spiritual sight was employed. His spiritual sight clicked on. That is what it means, and he looked. God said look, and he looked, and he saw a flying roll. The word "roll," the Hebrew word that is translated roll means a book. In those days men did not write in books. They had parchments that they rolled up to write on. So that is what that word means.

I have a couple of Scriptures for you on that. Ezekiel 2:10 says, "And he spread it before me, and it was written within and without and there was written therein lamentations and mourning and woes." I guess I did not copy the Scripture with the word "roll" in it but, if you want to check this out, it is probably in the next verse. He is talking about a roll. Psalm 40:8, I delight to do thy will, O my God, yea the law is within my heart...." and that word "law" is the book of the law.

Jeremiah 36:2, "Take the roll of a book and write therein all the words I have spoken." That is talking about the prophecy of God to Jeremiah. He told him to make it public, to put it on a roll, and give it to the people. So books and rolls in the Scripture are the same word, and what God is saying to us is that He has a communication for us. And he said here, "Behold I saw a flying roll, (verse 2), and He said unto me, "What seeth thou? And I said, I see a flying roll, and the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof is ten cubits." The Hebrew word "to fly," "flying," means "to cover." Now remember, we said in other meetings that there could be many definitions of any one particular word, not only in the Hebrew, but in also English, and the King James translators had no spiritual knowledge, and prophecy itself is so hard to understand.

Actually, it cannot be understood unless God anoints your understanding because it communicates to us in symbols. Prophecy is not written to be understood literally. We have to translate or interpret the symbols to understand what God is saying to us, so it is sort of hard to interpret the symbols if you have the original word wrong. So what we do is, we go into the Hebrew, we look up all of the possible definitions of the word, and we rely on the Holy Spirit to quicken to us what He really was saying here. So the word "to fly" also means "to cover," especially with feathers. So the intent is of a bird, anything to do with a bird, to cover with feathers, to fly.

I have a Scripture for you, Daniel 4:33, talking about Nebuchadnezzar's fall, and the judgment of God upon Nebuchadnezzar. "The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar, and he was driven from men and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, til his hairs were grown like eagle's feathers and his nails like bird claws." That word "eagles feathers" is the same word that is translated "flying."

So what the Lord is saying here is that He has a flying roll. He has a book that is covered, a book that is covered. That is the word of the Lord, it is shrouded in darkness, we cannot understand it. We cannot understand it until God reveals it to us. Verse 3, "Then He said unto me, this is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth. For everyone that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it, and everyone that sweareth shall be cut off on that side as according to it."

So we have a book, we have a communication from God, it is shrouded in darkness, and God tells us that it is a curse. What the Lord is talking about is the law, He is talking about the law. This natural realm that we live in is the realm where the law applies. The law only applies where sin is rampant. A righteous man does not need a law. We are told in the Scriptures that if you, by the very nature of your being, know everything that is right, there is no reason for me to tell you not to do something, but those of us in the state of the fallen creation need to be told what to do, because we do not know from within the depths of our beings what will violate God's law, and what will not violate God's law.

We may know what will violate man's law, and sometimes we do not even know that. Sometimes there are laws on the books that we do not even know about. So our only hope of never violating God's law is to have the indwelling Christ within us ruling and reigning, keeping us from crossing over that line. And as we talked about earlier, when we cross over that line, when we break the spiritual law of God and sin, it brings death into our life, and this is an ongoing process. This natural realm is a circle and we keep going round, and round, and round. What we have to do is get off the circle and go up, and the only way we can do that is through the Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.

So the book is the law, and that is not the law that is written in a book. This is a spiritual law. It exists in the realm of the spirit, and we break that law in our mind. Sometimes we break that law in our mind, and it manifests in the natural realm, it breaks through in the natural realm, but all sin is in the mind. It has to start in the mind, it is conceived in the mind. And in the Old Testament God gave Israel no power over what happened in his mind. What He gave them was the Levitical law and the law of ordinances so that He would forgive them so long as they kept these rules, but that was only temporary until the day that He would impart to us the ability to keep the spiritual law of God. Hallelujah.

I have a Scripture for you. 2 Corinthians 3:2 says, "Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men." So this book is going to be written in our hearts. "Curse," I looked up in Webster's, and the definition for curse is "to bring great evil upon, to afflict." And we know that the entire human race is under the curse of the law. Now this is the spiritual law of God. I am not talking about the law of ordinances that was working in Israel. I am not talking about the Levitical law where you have to sacrifice animals and do all of these works.

The entire creation was cursed when Adam and Eve fell, and God put them out of the Garden. Genesis 3:14, "And the Lord God said, Behold the man has become as one of us, to know good and evil, and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life and live forever, therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the Garden of Eden to til the ground from whence he was taken. So He drove out the man and He placed at the east of the Garden of Eden, Cherubim and a flaming sword, which turned every way to keep the way of the Tree of Life."

Man was put out of the realm where there is no death, because he broke the spiritual law of God. I would just like to take the time to comment here that God is not a bloodthirsty, vengeful God. He did this out of the mercy of His heart, because to be tormented for our sins....and we know that we reap what we sow, and sometimes some of us have pretty hard lives because of the things that we have sown, or because of the things that our ancestors have sown. Who would want to live eternally with all of this pain and torment in our lives? So God put us out of the eternal realm until He brings forth His redemption in us. When we go into eternal life it will be a blessing. It will not be eternal torment, it will be eternal blessing.

So God is good, everything He does is good. God is not a bloodthirsty monster, and this is the word that He wants preached today. In Romans 7:8, "But sin taking occasion by the commandment wrought in me all manner of concupiscence, for without the law sin was dead." I picked out this Scripture to emphasize the point that we are talking about the spiritual law of God. You can see that the word "commandment" is singular. Paul is not talking about the ten commandments. He is talking about the commandment. Adam and Eve broke the commandment, "Thou shalt not eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil." The ten commandments were given after man fell into this natural realm, and they were given to him so that he wouldn't destroy himself. Hallelujah.

In Chapter 7:10, "And the commandment that was ordained to life, I found to be unto death." So the commandment was good. God said, "Do not eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. It is going to protect you." But because they failed to obey, the law condemned them, and death came upon them. It was ordained, it was supposed to keep them alive, but it caused death to come into their lives, because the law of God is righteous. Hallelujah.

Back to Zechariah 5:3, "This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth." Everybody on the face of the earth is under this curse. If you have the Holy Spirit, if you are called into Christ Jesus, you have been given the power to start moving out from under this curse. You are not uncursed the minute you receive the Holy Spirit, you are still cursed, but God has imparted the power to you to break the manifestations of these curses on your life. It is not realistic to think that you are delivered from the curse of the law because you answered an altar call, and that the rest of the world is not okay.

What we see in the church world a lot today is people thinking they are alright, and they are going to go out and get the rest of the world saved. But Jesus is saying, "No, get yourself right first, and then I will send you out to get other people saved." "For everyone that stealeth shall be cut off on this side...." Hallelujah. The word "stealeth," the Hebrew word translated "stealeth," is the....this is strange, you know some of the translations in the prophets amaze me. I love studying in the Old Testament even more than the New Testament, because the King James translators, the words are so wrong that sometimes it is almost laughable.

This word "stealeth" means "to take from the side or the rib." It is the same word that God used to say, "He took." He put Adam to sleep, and He took his rib. It is the same word. That is the word that is used here. What the thief did was, he stole the Garden of God. Now if you recall when God put Adam to sleep and He took his rib, He made the female parts out of it, the female part being the human spirit, the part that is fertilized of God that is supposed to bring forth the Christ. The Serpent stole that part of the creation which is going to bring forth the Christ, he has fertilized it, and he has brought forth a fallen creation in his own image. That is what the thief has done.

We have a reference in John 10:10, "The thief cometh not but for to steal kill and destroy...." He has stolen the sheep, and in each of them is a fertile part prepared to be fertilized by God, and Satan is fertilizing that fertile part. I am sorry to tell you this, anyone from the church world that is listening, that you are still capable of being fertilized by Satan. You are not totally protected against everything until the image of Christ is brought forth in you and rises up in a position of maturity and power where that can be prevented.

The only one I know at this time who has been matured spiritually to this point is Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.

2 John 7 says, "For many deceivers have entered into the world who confess not that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh, this is a deceiver, and an anti-Christ." So we are back in Zechariah 5, and he says "Everyone that stealeth shall be cut off." The thief is the Satanic realm in the mind of every human being. This is the unconscious part of the carnal mind. The Hebrew word that is translated "cut off" means "to be made clean, to be made pure, to sacrifice, to be made innocent, to be void of any fault, to be vacant, empty, to declare innocent, to pardon." Now the carnal mind says that to be cut off, you are going to be thrown down to hell and burn forever.

Well, what this word says is that you are going to be saved. It says the thief is going to be saved. That is what it says, "to be pardoned, to declare innocent, to make void of fault, to make pure, to make clean." The thief is going to receive salvation. Do you understand that fallen Adam, mortal man is the thief? We are going to be pardoned Hallelujah. "And everyone that sweareth shall be cut off on that side according to it." Well, the Hebrew word "side" means "the front, the forward part." What the Lord is talking about here is that part that faces the realm of appearance, our flesh, our body, and our soul. Both our body and our soul are wrapped around our spirit. The spirit is deep within us.

So that part that shows to the front is going to be made clean. The soul is going to be purified and pardoned, and our flesh is going to be purified and serve the spirit man. Hallelujah, glory to God. So that word in verse 3, "according to that side of it," means according to which part of the living soul you are. And we know that the human spirit is going to be redeemed by being put through the fire, and the soul is going to be redeemed by being swallowed up by the living Christ, different processes to different parts of the living soul that died. Hallelujah.

Now, the one who sweareth is going to be cut off. Who is the one who sweareth? The Hebrew word translated "sweareth" means....well, it is from the Hebrew that means "sacred, an oath, to bind himself to." It is talking about a soul-tie. What the Lord is saying is that anyone that has bound himself in a soul-tie to an idol, to any spirit other than God, that is witchcraft, and you, too, shall be cut off. You are in the soul realm, Christ is going to nail himself to you, and you will no longer be able to do this. You will no longer exist in the form of a personality where you will be able to do this. Hallelujah, glory to God.

So, what so far sounds so negative, really sounds great. Hallelujah. We are told in Revelation 19:19-20, "And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse and against his army. And the beast was taken and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles, with which he received the mark of the beast. And them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone, and the remnant was slain with the sword of Him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of His mouth. And all the fowls were filled with their flesh." Hallelujah.

So I would like to show you here that the beast is Adam. You may recall from prior meetings that we talked about the beast in Revelation 17. Eve, the human spirit, was sitting upon him. Fallen Adam is the conscience, and he has been overtaken by the wickedness of the Serpent, which is the darkness that was created to give form to the living soul. So John saw the beast and the kings of the earth. The kings of the earth are the individuals that are manifesting Satan, the unconscious part of the carnal mind.

We know about the body of Christ. The body of Christ is made up of many individuals, and, together, we form the spiritual body of Christ. There is a spiritual body of fallen Adam. The spirit that rules in that body is Satan, and he flows through many separate individuals, just like Christ flows through all of us, and the kings of the earth are all the individual people that are manifesting Satan's spirit, which rules in the carnal mind. And to manifest Satan's spirit, you do not have to be an evil person, because he is the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. You can be a decent person, but it is not the spirit of God, and Satan is the prince of the power of the air, and you are under his dominion, even when you do good works.

"And I saw the kings of the earth and their armies...." The armies are the demons that are produced from the human spirit that has been fertilized by the spirit of Satan. "And they gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse and against His army." Christ Jesus is sitting on the horse, and His army is all of the manifestations of Christ that He has brought forth in the earth through his relationship with the human spirit.

So we have two groups of people in the earth, those whose spirit has been fertilized and are manifesting Satan who rules through the carnal mind, and those whose spirit has been fertilized and are manifesting Christ, or, at least, submitted to Christ and manifesting Him most of the time. Although, at this point in time, they may not be completely in the image of Christ.

"And the beast was taken, (fallen Adam), and with him the false prophet." The false prophet is Eve because a prophet is one that brings forth the spiritual word from a spiritual entity, and she is the human spirit. She has produced entities that are speaking spiritual things, and if the spirit giving her the knowledge is not God, she is a false prophet. Okay, so the conscience is the beast, the human spirit is the false prophet who wrought miracles before him, and which deceived them that received the mark of the beast and them that worshiped his image. They were both cast alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone. That is being put through the fire. The human spirit is purified and purged by being put through the fire.

Numbers 31:23 says, "And all that abide not the fire, shall go through the water." If you cannot....if that part of the living soul that died can be purified by the fire, it will be. That part of the living soul that died that will not abide the fire, because the fire would destroy it, will be washed. And we have been talking about washing, and cleansing, and the judgments of God for the last few weeks. The spirit is purified with fire, the soul is washed. "And the remnant was slain with the sword of Him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of His mouth, and the remnant were slain."

We said a couple of weeks ago that if you cannot abide the fire, Jesus Christ is nailing Himself to you. The way that He is nailing Himself to you is by the sword that proceedeth forth from His mouth. Words are spirit. God works His spiritual works through the spoken word. The sword coming out of His mouth typifies the power of God being spoken forth by the vessels that He has raised up to speak by the power of God. And by this spoken word, if you are sitting here today, or if you listening to this tape, or reading this message, what is happening in your spiritual being is that the fire of God is purging your spirit, and the Christ coming forth within you is being strengthened, and He is nailing himself to the natural man within you.

That is how God does it. Through the foolishness of preaching, men are saved. I cannot explain it to you, but that is how He does it, and that is what is happening in Revelation 19:21, "And the remnant was slain with the sword of Him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of His mouth, and the fowls were filled with their flesh." The Greek word translated "fowls" is a Greek word that really means "birdling." It means a young bird, and also can be translated, "those who fly," and it is from a Greek root which means, "the rising mountain." The implication is the young of some species that are maturing, that are rising and growing up into a great mountain.

So the fowls that were filled with their flesh is the young Christ coming forth within each of us. Remember, victory will swallow up death. Satan is going to be consumed by the Christ. Jesus tells us in the book of Revelation, "If you are lukewarm, I will spue you out of my mouth." What does that mean? The Christ within us is consuming the natural man within us, and if we are producing the image of Christ, we are the birdlings, we are the rising mountains, that part of us that is coming forth that is going to utterly consume the natural man in us.

Our spiritual being is not one. We appear to be one person, but in our spiritual being we are in many parts. The two major parts are, if you have the spirit of Christ, are Christ and the living soul that died. The Christ in you is being strengthened and taught by the power of God. He is going to rise up as a fledgling bird, a young bird, and He is going to consume the natural man, glory to God, who tempts us to sin. The day will come that we will not hear his voice anymore. Glory to God.

We are back in Zechariah 5:4, "I will bring it forth, saith the Lord of Hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief." And you know who the thief is, we just established that he is the natural man. He is Satan, the unconscious part of our natural mind. "...and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name." That is the soul man. Remember, the soul is in three parts, darkness, which is Satan, the soul, which is the conscience, and the human spirit. Okay, the soul man is the one that sweareth falsely, he makes ungodly soul ties with other gods. We do it all the time, we join ourselves to people, we join ourselves to things. We cannot help but do it, until Christ empowers us to stop it because we are not complete yet, so we keep attaching ourselves to people and things.

We are an incomplete creation, and we are constantly needing and craving and until the day that Christ fills us completely, we will be joining ourselves to ungodly things, and we have to....if we have a revelation of it, we have to ask God to help us either stop doing it, or to deliver us once we have done it.

Okay, this is verse 4, "I will bring forth the curse, saith the Lord of Hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, (that is you and me), and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name."

Now they are both living in the same house, the thief, and the one that sweareth falsely. That is fallen Adam, the conscience, and Satan, the darkness. That is us, and there are many Scriptures where God calls the bodies that we live in, houses. It is all through the Old and New Testament. He is going to put that curse inside of our house. The curse is inside of our mind. "...and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and it shall consume it with the timber thereof, and the stones thereof." Timber is wood, it is corruptible, it refers to the natural man. Stones are types of spiritual powers in the Bible.

So what happened to man when God cursed him was that this curse entered into his very being. It is not hanging out there in the sky. If we are manifestations of the fallen Adamic man, which we all are, the curse of the spiritual law is within us, and I am not talking about the law of ordinances that was upon the nation of Israel. I am talking about the curse of the spiritual law, and we are cursed because we cannot keep it. We are told in the book of Deuteronomy, if you can keep the law, God has many blessings for you, but if you do not keep every single point of the law you are cursed. If you keep nine out of ten points, and you fall on the tenth, you are cursed. That one point will pull you down. We need Christ Jesus, we must have Christ Jesus. Hallelujah.

Verse 5, "Then the angel that talked with me went forth and said unto me, lift up now thine eyes and see what is this that goeth forth." So the angel talked with him again, and he lifted up his eyes again." He is still in the spirit, he had to look up spiritually to see, and the vision that he saw was verse 6, "And I said, what is it? And he said this is an ephah that goeth forth. He said, moreover, this is their resemblance through all the earth."

The word ephah is an ancient grain measure. When they harvested their grain, they filled it up, it was like a basket. We know that in the Scriptures, God likens us to grain when He talks about the wheat and the tares. In this instance, to convey to us the spiritual knowledge that He wants us to understand, He is saying that there is an ephah present which holds us, it is referring to....it is not even our bodies, it is really skin that holds us all together. We know that the skin that wraps around us holds our organs and our blood in. Well, it also holds our spiritual being. We are really sacs that contain spiritual life.

The Scripture refers to us as wineskins and water sacks. That is why when you puncture these skins, you could die, because our life pours out. That is what we are. Well, I should not say that is what we are, but that is what our appearance is. The New Testament calls us bottles from heaven. If you have Christ in you, you are a bottle from heaven. Hallelujah, glory to God.

Okay, and the word "resemblance," the Hebrew word translated "resemblance" can be translated "judgment or sentence," and it means "eye." It can also be translated "eye." What this is saying here is that by being in the condition that we are in, we are a reflection of the eyes of Jehovah. This condition that we are in, you can see in our condition a reflection of the anger of Jehovah. Adam and Eve were not in this condition. God made a glorious spiritual creation.

We are a fallen creation, and we reflect the anger of Jehovah, but to understand this you have to get a vision of what it could be like in the realm of the heavenlies. If all that you can see is this natural realm that we live in, well you think that there is nothing wrong with it. If you were born in a cage, you would think that there is nothing wrong with it. God has to enlighten you so that you can get a vision of our spiritual condition, and when God enlightens your eyes, and lets you see with His mind, we see that we are in a very desperate condition, and our condition reflects the anger of Jehovah. Many natural people have this revelation.

I know I work for attorneys, and I see it all the time in them. They know that if they look in someone's eyes they can get an understanding of what is happening in that person's mind. You can see anger, you can see rage, you can see joy, you can see a lot of things. You do not have to be saved, you can be a natural man and see all of these emotions in people's eyes. Well, that is why the word that can be translated "eye" was chosen, and it was translated "resemblance." That is what it was saying. We are a manifestation of God's attitude towards us. We are all manifestations of God's attitude towards us, or our relationship with God. Hallelujah, glory to God.

God. Verse 7, "And behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead, and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah." There is a woman that is sitting in the middle of the grain barrel, only the grain barrel is the flesh that holds us all together, and the woman sitting in the middle is the living soul that died. We have spoken about this before, that our spiritual sex in relationship to God is female. We are all female until we are completely joined to Christ, at which time we become male. We are female in relationship to God. God had taken the living soul that has fallen, she has sinned, she is a fallen creation, and He has locked her up in a grain basket. If you have any pride this will tear it down. This is how God views us. We are an evil woman locked in a grain basket. He locked us up.

Okay, and verse 8, "And He said, this is wickedness, and He cast it in the midst of the ephah, (put her inside), and He cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof." Lead is a base metal. It is used to protect you from x-rays. Nothing can penetrate lead, no light can get through. If you do not have Christ, you are locked up in utter darkness. There is a Scripture that says, "And darkness covered that earth, and gross darkness the people." We did a word study on that once, and what it really means is that there is darkness outside of you, of the whole creation, and the gross darkness is within you. There is no light.

So we are wrapped in a skin that God likens to a grain basket, our soul is inside and there is a lead cover. If we do not have Christ, there is a lead cover on us, and no light can get through, and the Lord knows that the world is truly in darkness. Hallelujah.

The word "wickedness," the Hebrew word translated "wickedness" means "moral unrighteousness." Hallelujah. I have a Scripture reference for you. Job 14:17 says, "My transgression is sealed up in a bag." It is sealed up in a bag. Our soul, the transgression of our soul, this is the bag that we are sealed up in. It looks like a human body, and some people dress it up, and they put makeup on it, and they put beautiful clothes on it, and they do everything they can to make themselves look beautiful, but our spiritual appearance is not beautiful.

There is a Scripture that says, "And God shall make you beautiful." Only by the Spirit of God shall we be made beautiful. I am not against makeup or clothes or anything like that, but we are talking about spiritual things this morning. We can do everything we can to fix ourselves up, but it is our spirit and our soul that have to be cleansed, and purified, and made beautiful. Hallelujah. I am not against any of that stuff. Everyone here knows that. I just wanted to put it on the message.

This word "ephah" is a grain measure, and the word "omer....," there is a measure called an omer, which is one-tenth of the ephah, and in the Old Testament God required one-tenth of everything from Israel. He did not just take one-tenth of their profits. He took one-tenth of their grain, one-tenth of everything that came to them. So out of every ephah of wheat, the Israelite had to donate to God, or pay to God an omer. Now if He is likening us to a bushel of wheat, He is likening us to the ephah. How are we going to tie the omer to him?

I would just like to diverge a little to Isaiah 6:9-13. Now this is again describing the condition of natural man and saved man who has not yet been delivered into the glorious kingdom of the Son of God. "And He said, Go and tell this people, hear ye indeed, but understand not, and see ye indeed, but perceive not, (that is the condition of the natural man, they are blind and they are deaf because this lead cover is on their vessel, they cannot see, they cannot understand.) Make the heart of these people fat and make their ears heavy and shut their eyes, lest they see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and convert and be healed."

Now why does not God want them converted and healed? Because their heart is still wicked. We were locked out the Garden of Eden until God cleans us up, and there is no other way back in. We are on a merry-go-round, we are on the circle of life called the divided age, and Solomon said, "There is nothing new under the sun." The generations change, but there is nothing new under the sun. We have to be elevated to the Spirit of God.

Chapter 11, "Then said I, Lord, how long, how long is this going to go on? And He answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitants and the houses without man and the land be utterly desolate, and the Lord has removed man far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land, but yet in it shall be a tenth, ( there is your omer), and is shall return and it shall be eaten as a teal tree and as an oak whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves, so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof."

Okay, back to verse 9, we have already talked about why man is in this condition, verse 9 and 10, and why God does not want them converted and healed. He does not want this wickedness in the kingdom of God. You have to be converted God's way from the inside out. He is not going to have any religious people in the kingdom. You are not going to get into the kingdom with an intellectual understanding of Jesus Christ.

There is a Scripture in the New Testament where someone is sitting at the marriage feast without a proper garment. Well, the proper garment is Christ. You have to have the Spirit of Jesus Christ within you. No substitutes and no intellectual understanding. People go around today saying that they are saved, and maybe in their own way they really love God and they read the Bible every day, but until the Spirit of God takes up residence within you, you cannot make any claim to salvation. You must have His Spirit. You cannot be saved when you are manifesting another spirit. You cannot do it.

Okay, so now Isaiah says, "So how long is this going to go on, this is really going on a long time." And this is the word of the Lord unto the human race, "Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, (mercy, Lord), and the houses without man and the land be utterly desolate." Wickedness must come to its proper place of fulfillment. We are on a downward course at the end of which is Jesus Christ who at the last minute will join Himself to us and save us. I do not know why He is doing it this way, but He is God.

Now, the first word that He talks about is, "The cities must be wasted without inhabitants." The Hebrew word translated "city" is a place guarded by a waking or a watch, and that is the mind. If you remember, Adam was commissioned to guard the Garden (mind of God) so that it should not be fertilized by the Serpent. So the righteous mind that Adam abandoned, which became an uninhabited waste place (the Jehovah no longer dwells there), will remain in that condition until humanity experiences the "sudden" (utterly) shock (desolate) of realizing that they are not interwoven with the Tree of Life, their spiritual cover, but are interwoven with the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil, and are, therefore, naked and helpless and without God in this world. Hallelujah.

The Hebrew word translated "inhabitant" can mean "to take in marriage or to judge." Jehovah is both the husband and the minister of justice (judge) to Adam. So, Jehovah is the legal "inhabitant" of the spiritual cities, which is the the many-membered Mind of Christ of humanity. Glory to God.

"And the houses without man," the Hebrew word that is translated "house" is the word that means "family," and that word is from a root meaning "to build." What you see across the face of the earth today is the reproduction of fallen Adam. He reproduced in his own likeness and his own image, so the houses, physical bodies of humanity, are not inhabited by righteous Adam (without man), but by fallen Adam. The third element is, "And the land will be utterly desolate." The Hebrew word translated "land" is from the word that means "Adam, redness, country, earth, ground, desolate," which is the soul/personality (as opposed to the God/mind) aspect of the creation. This are talking about the emotional aspect of humanity experiencing the same sudden shock that the carnal mind of humanity will experience. She will realize that nothing – not human love, sex, drugs, alcohol, human companionship, human marriage, nothing, will ever permanently satisfy her, but that she will need to be "fixed" continually until God satisfies her through spiritual marriage of the mind.

Now, remember the message The Seduction of Eve, where we talked about Satan taking on his own spiritual power. He just rose up in spiritual power that Christ Jesus now has to put down. So when this is done, when the demons are gone, when Satan is stripped of his spiritual power, Christ Jesus (the regenerated Adam), the Holy One of Israel, will come. He will inhabit us, He will save us, He will join himself to us, He will be our king, and He will rule from within the midst of us. Hallelujah. Glory to God.

That was verse 11, so we are up to verse 12, "And the Lord has removed men far away, and there will be a great forsaking in the midst of the land." Hallelujah. "Removed far away" is to be removed far away from God, and the Hebrew word "forsaking" means "desertion, forsaken, emptiness." Jehovah has removed righteous Adam (man) from the personalities/soul of mankind, which has left a great emptiness in our emotional soul/personality. And our vessels must be completely emptied out of the powers and principalities of the carnal mind so that the regenerated Adam/Christ Jesus can fully inhabit us again. He is not taking any of this baggage into the kingdom with Him.

There is a Scripture in the book of Revelation that lists a whole bunch of behavior that cannot get into the kingdom. Thieves, and fornicators, and liars, are not getting into the kingdom. A lot of people believe that if there is a man somewhere that has a problem with lying, or with stealing, or with fornication, that God will reject him, but the truth is that all of us are spiritual thieves and spiritual liars. The human spirit is capable of producing this manifestation is any one of us. So what is not getting into the kingdom are these things within us. They must come out. We are going in after we are purified, and purged, and married to Christ, but everything in us, just like the children born of Babylonian mothers that we read about in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah, we have to get rid of our illegal spiritual children and our illegal spiritual wives. They have to come out.

A Scripture reference is Zechariah 2:5 says, "For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her." Hallelujah. We just spoke before about the darkness being without and being within. God is going to be the light, and the fire, and the glory within us, and without us. Hallelujah. Glory to God.

Zechariah 2:10, "Sing and rejoice, oh daughter of Zion, for I come and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the Lord." He is going to be in the midst of us, He is going to be our center. Everything will revolve around Him. If you are not saved, everything revolves around Leviathan. Everything, I do not care how many good works you are doing, your life force is Satan. Hallelujah.

"Nevertheless, (in verse 13, but yet despite all of this destruction that God prophesies), there shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and it shall be eaten as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them when they cast their leaves so the Holy seed shall be the substance thereof." There is a part in each man that God demands. In the Old Testament He demanded His tithe. Our spiritual tithe is the spirit of the mind of man. He is not going to destroy it. It is His. Hallelujah.

The word "eaten," the Hebrew word translated "eaten" means "to consume by fire." And we have already spoken about the fact that the human spirit, which is likened to metal in the Scripture, is going to be put through the fire, which are the trials and tribulations that we go through.

Revelation 3:18 says, "I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire." God wants your spirit. That is Jesus talking, "I counsel thee to buy from me (get from me, we cannot do it ourselves) gold tried in the fire. That is our human spirit, purged, and processed, and purified.

Zechariah13:9, "And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on my name, and I will hear them, I will say it is my people and they shall say, The Lord is my God." The gold is the spirit of our carnal mind going through the fire. The silver is the redemption of the emotional soul/personality of the natural man, who is going to be washed and purged.

I would like to take a minute to avoid any confusion here. The verse I just read, Zechariah13:9, talked about "the third part," and we are also in Isaiah 6:13 talking about "the tenth part." God will use many different vehicles to impart truth to us, and we know that we are body, soul, and spirit, darkness, soul, and spirit. So when Zechariah talks about the third part, he is talking about Satan, who is, at this time. Joined to and one spirit with the human spirit. He is going to bring the third part, Satan, through the fire, which "burning" will release the human spirit and purify her in preparation for marriage to the Spirit of Christ. Only the spirit goes through the fire. The natural part of our being (the emotional soul/personality) would burn up in the fire. The natural part of our being is likened to wood in the Scripture that has to be washed and purged. So when God says through Zechariah, "I am bringing the third part through the fire," He is bringing the spirit through the fire.

In Isaiah 6:13, when God talks about the tenth part, it is just a different viewpoint. In this instance, He is talking about the ephah, and He wants the omer, His tithe, out of the ephah. So it is just another way of expressing it. I just wanted to avoid any confusion here. And we are told "whose substance is in them." Of course, the substance is the Spirit of God. Let me read that again. "But yet it shall be a tenth and it shall return, (that is the human spirit), and shall be eaten," (it is going to be consumed by God which is the spiritual marital union). God is an all consuming fire, we are told. Paul tells us "Our God is a consuming fire," and He is going to consume her and join Himself to her, cleave to her. Hallelujah. "...as a teil tree and as an oak, (these trees are very strong trees, this implies spiritual strength) and whose substance is in them." This means we will need nothing from outside of ourselves when we are married to the Lord.

When we have Christ, our spiritual substance is within us. Now remember, when this prophecy came forth, Jehovah was within Israel, but the marriage was not complete, because Israel did not birth the Son which would have joined them forever. God in you, Christ in you, is the promise of the New Covenant. Christ in you, the hope of glory, God with us, Emmanuel. That is a promise to the nation of Israel, the house of Israel, that there is a new covenant coming. So this is a futuristic prophecy.

I heard a preacher preach recently that He does not bother much with the Old Testament because this was preached to an extinct people that no longer exist. Well, if he is hearing this tape, or reading this book, I say to him that many of these prophesies were not fulfilled in the day of Israel, and, obviously, this one could not have been, because the nation of Israel never experienced her God being born and then rooted and permanently grounded in the midst of her.

So these prophesies are to the church, as well as to Israel today. Hallelujah. Many people do not bother with the Old Testament because they do not understand it, and the Old Testament, especially the prophets, is very difficult. As we said earlier in the meeting, even if you get the right translation of the Hebrew words, their meaning is all symbolic. So a lot of people stay away from it, but there is a lot of rich meat in here. It is just a real blessing to me, I love the Old Testament. You can ask God to open your ears and your eyes.

Okay, now we have "...as a teil tree and an oak, whose substance is in them, and when they cast their leaves..." "Their leaves" is in italics, that means that those words were not in the original Hebrew text. The King James translators inserted it because they wanted to make sense out of the Hebrew sentence. The word "cast," the Hebrew word translated "cast" means "an overturning, a cutting down and a casting down," and what the Lord is referring to here is the throwing down of the carnal mind of our natural man.

Now, our natural man, fallen Adam, who is ruled by the good and evil spirit of Satan, is standing up. We have spoken about this. The expression "to stand up" means to have spiritual authority, strength and power. Many of us, even though we have the Spirit of Christ, are lying down in relationship to Satan, but Christ is strengthening us. There is a battle raging, Satan will be overcome, but God likens our spiritual condition throughout the Scriptures to being in a bed. That is, lying down. It is a condition of spiritual weakness, but the natural man today is standing very tall. He is ruling this whole planet. Satan is the prince of the power of the air, and he is going to be cast down.

The living soul that died, with the exception of our spirit, which is the life of God, is likened unto the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil. So what is going to be cast down is the carnal mind that is married to the living soul that died, and the Holy seed shall be the substance thereof. When God casts down the carnal mind of the natural man, if the Spirit of Christ is not married to the spirit of our carnal mind, we would come to naught. How would we stay alive? We are going to stay alive because the Spirit of Christ will be the substance of us. John10:17-18 says, "Therefore doth my Father love me because I lay down my life that I might take it up again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it up." Jesus Christ has the power to give and take life.

Gal.2:20, "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless, I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me." We will be nailed to the Christ within us. Our carnal mind and our natural man, for all intents and purposes, will die; yet, we will live, because Christ liveth in us. If Christ was not in us and we went through all of this processing, we would come to naught, we would have no existence at all. Hallelujah.

I do not say that I have all the revelation on this, but at least part of the reason that the human race has been existing for all of these thousands of years and in all of this terrible condition that it is in, is because it was not yet God's timetable to join himself to us, and if God kept wiping us out, there would be nothing left of us. If He would judge the wickedness of our carnal mind severely, there would be nothing left of us, if He had not yet joined himself to us. Hallelujah.

Okay, we're back in Zechariah 5:9, "Then lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings, for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven." The Hebrew word "came out" means strangely enough, "to germinate, to spring forth like a plant." God likens us to plants many times. Where did two women come from? We had one woman, she germinated, and she sprang forth like a plant, she reproduced. Hallelujah.

Genesis 1:27, "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created he him, male and female created He them. Genesis 4:17, "And Cain knew his wife and she conceived." Okay, we touched on this in another meeting. I do not know if it really sunk in on anybody, but I am suggesting to you that the original creation was not men and women, as we know physical men and women today. There was one creation. God made one living soul, and the living soul was male and female. We have many plants today that are male and female. They reproduce without any outside fertilization. They are male and female, they reproduce within themselves, and I am suggesting to you that this was the condition of the creation of God.

That Adam, when he was formed of the dust of the earth, and God breathed His life into him, he did not look like we look now. We are a fallen creation. He was glorious. He was a zygote. If you know anything about biology, you know that when the female egg is fertilized by the sperm, what happens is that they join together, and at that instant they become one, one unit called a zygote, and then this unit, this zygote, starts to multiply. It becomes two, and the two become four, and the four become eight.

That is what happened to the creation of God. The spiritual entity known as Adam received the life of the living God. He was female in relation to God, ecause he received the breath of life of God, God made a female part in him, we have studied this before, and so he was male and female, and he started to multiply, just like a human fetus. He was one, and then, at some point in history, he proliferated. I am going to suggest to you that this did not happen for a long time.

We are told in Genesis 10:25, "And unto Eber was born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan." I am suggesting to you that up until the birth of Peleg, or that age when Peleg was born, that all reproduction came forth from one entity that had within it both the male and female organs.

Now the question that the world has really ridiculed church with is, how can you explain where Cain got his wife? Where did he get his wife from? No one has ever had an explanation or an answer for it, and I am suggesting to you that this is the answer, that they brought....I do not know exactly how it happened, but Cain brought forth in his own image and in his own likeness, and I am suggesting to you that Adam and Eve, although God calls them by two names, were one spiritual entity that brought forth.

We had a message here a few weeks ago that talked about Michael the archangel fighting with Satan for the body of Moses, and God explained to us that all this was going on within Moses' vessel. We are many parts within this skin or sack that we live in. There are many parts to our spiritual being. Hallelujah. And, all of a sudden, this one woman was two women.

We have an natural example for that. There was a scientist many years ago, I cannot remember his name, but it fascinated him that he would take some flour and put it in an airtight, waterproof jar and just let it stand, and in a particular amount of time maggots would come forth. He could not figure out how they got there. The jar was airtight, and the jar was watertight. This is a famous experiment in the history of science in the world, because he proved that somehow, I don't know the scientific explanation for this, but life came forth with no air and no water.

Well, here was the living soul that died, she was locked up in an ephah with a lid on her, and all of a sudden there were two of her. She had the seed within herself. She had the ability to reproduce within herself. Science tells us that it is possible for women to produce children without being fertilized by a man. Science has ways to stimulate an ovarian egg, whereby a child will be produced. There is only one catch, this method only produces females. There is no way an ovarian egg can produce a male unless the egg is fertilized by a sperm, but, scientifically, an artificially stimulated ovarian egg in a human woman can produce a female child without a man. That is what happened to righteous Adam. He and the female element within him which is Eve, reproduced as one entity, brought forth as one entity until a particular time after the flood.

Eber, I believe, was a descendant of Ham. So this was after the flood, and at that point in time the earth was divided, and the creation became men and women, probably very similar to the way we appear now. I would like to make one comment on this tape, because I know that there will be people who are going to say, "Well that is what the Hindus teach." The Hindus. if you read books about ancient Hinduism, if not all of their gods, many of their gods are male and female. Well, I say unto you, "Do you really think that every religion in the world is utterly without spiritual truth?" They are not utterly without spiritual truth. What happens is they get spiritual truth, and they pervert it. There is spiritual truth throughout every religion in the world, but it is perverted.

So I have answered your question before you have put it towards me. Hallelujah. Spiritual truth is spiritual truth. Just because a group here or there has perverted it, does not mean it is not spiritual truth. Glory to God.

We are in Zechariah 5:9, "Then I lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold there came out two women, (she has multiplied), and the wind was in their wings." Hallelujah! "For they lifted up the ephah between the earth, and the heavens." Well, that word "lifted," is the same word talking about Zechariah lifting up his eyes, and in this case it is used in a negative sense. When Zechariah lifted up his eyes, God said, "Come up." Remember, God said to John in the book of Revelation, "Come up," and he said that he saw things that were unlawful to repeat.

God brought him into the heavenlies and showed him spiritual truth, but this living soul that died, she lifted herself up illegally, and that same word can be translated "to lift up the soul to pride, to carry away to sin." It could also mean "to take wives," and it could also mean "to lift up the head out of prison." We have talked about this in the message the "Seduction of Eve." The living soul, by the Serpent, came up out of its place, and took on an ungodly spiritual power. God said, "You stay down there in the ephah with the lead lid on you," and the living soul said, "Not me." Rebellion. Hallelujah.

I would like to go into a Scripture in Job 34:31-32, "Surely it is meet to be said unto God, I have borne chastisement, I will not offend anymore. So that which I see not teach thou me: if I have done iniquity, I will do no more." And verse 33 says, "Should it be according to thy mind? He will recompense it whether thou refuse or whether thou choose..." God is going to save....this is what this says, God is going to save you whether you choose it, whether you choose salvation or whether you refuse it.

So who are you to say, "I have borne chastisement, I will not offend anymore?" No man can stop sinning, you cannot save your own soul. That is what He is accusing Job of, and He is right. That is what Job was doing. He is saying, "God, why are you doing this to me, why are you putting all of these trials on me, I have not done anything, but if I did do anything, I am not going to do it anymore." Well, he cannot stop from doing it anymore. He would not give God the glory. One of Job's sins was pride. Hallelujah.

So that is what the living soul was saying in this account of the Scripture. She was saying, "No you do not have to clean me, Lord, I am going to cleanse myself. You will not give me spiritual power, I am going to raise up my own spiritual power." And that last Scripture that we read in Zechariah that said she lifted up the ephah between the heavens and the earth, that is spiritual power less than the power of God. It is beneath the heavens, but it is higher than the earth.

We are back in Zechariah 5:9, "Then I lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings." Now wind throughout the Scripture means spiritual power. Wings, the Hebrew word translated "wings," really means "the extremity of the earth, a covering, or army." It is a very symbolic word, and it is used a lot in prophecy. It is used to describe the protection of Jehovah. It is used to describe His armed forces, and we also have to check these words out for usage. If we really want to get the understanding of the word, we can look up other Scriptures with the same word, and draw upon the Holy Spirit to see what He is really saying here.

Obviously, the word is symbolic because women do not have wings. We are dealing in symbols here. So this living soul that died has reproduced the Serpent's nature and raised up her own covering. We talked about this in the "Seduction of Eve." She is bringing forth armies, and she is giving them life by the wind that is in her wings. That is the Satanic power that we talked about in the "Seduction of Eve." She has rejected God's judgment of being bound in that ephah with the lead covering, she has lifted herself up, she has given herself spiritual power, but she is between the heaven and the earth, lesser than God, but greater than the natural man.

Verse 10, "Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? Where are taking it? And he said unto me, To build it a house in the land of Shinar, and it shall be established and set there upon its own base." I want to go back to verse 9, I left part of that verse out. "Then lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold, there came out two women and the wind was in their wings, for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven." The word "stork," the Hebrew word translated "stork" really means "ostrich," and the ostrich is known for being a cruel bird that mistreats her young, and we know that Satan is a very evil taskmaster. If we are not in Christ, Satan is our father.

Jesus said that the father of the Pharisees was the Devil. If you are a natural man, the Devil is your father, and Satan, the spirit that rules through the Devil, is very cruel to his children. You just have to look across the earth, and we can see that. Hallelujah. Webster's definition of the ostrich is that it is any of a various number of large wading birds, so their feet are in the water. There is spiritual power in this. Feet signify the carnal mind and water signifies Satan's spiritual power. The ostrich is one who attempts to avoid danger by refusing to face it. So Satan is the power in evil birds. Satan has acquired this power through evil sources.

Okay, back to verse 11, "And he said to me, we say, where are you taking the ephah," and the answer is, "To build it, a house in the land of Shinar, and it shall be established and set there upon its own base." The Hebrew word translated "established" means "to exist, to be, to set up as a throne, to found a city, to create, to prepare for war." The living soul that died is preparing for war with God, by establishing its own city, establishing its own base, establishing its own armies, and it is prepared to fight to the death. We are told in the Scriptures that when Jesus Christ was crucified on the cross, He made an open show of the powers and principalities, and that all power in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus Christ.

What many people in the church today do not understand is that it is a spiritual reality which must manifest in the natural realm. It has to be appropriated in the natural realm. It has to happen in each and every individual one of us. And Jesus Christ has returned to the earth by His Spirit, and by His Spirit He has entered into every one of us, and He is appropriating His battle of two thousand years ago. He is making it a reality for each and every one of us in our own individual spiritual beings. So it is not true what a lot of people think that when they hear this kind of teaching, that we are saying that Jesus Christ did not complete the work on the cross, He did complete His work, but we do not receive the fruit of His labor by the laying on of hands. What we receive by the laying on of hands is the starter seeds.

What I am suggesting to you is that spiritual is not natural. I am suggesting that what He did on the cross may have ended in the natural, but it is still happening in the spiritual. It is still flowing forth like the wake from a boat in the water, the waves are still flowing forth, and He will not stop flowing forth until He has appropriated this work and made it real to each and every one of us. You do not have to die, you see. They do not understand this, so they say, "Well you have to die and go to heaven to stop being sick and get all of this victory." No, no, Jesus Christ is doing it, and He is doing it in you, if it is your time, when you are alive. You do not have to die and go to heaven to get this. Hallelujah.

So that is where they took the ephah. They set up their own kingdom, and they are bold as brass. Satan is bold as....Satan and fallen Adam, they are bold as brass, and they are ready to take on the living God, and they will fight to the death. They are not giving it up. They read the Bible, the Scriptures tell us, the Devils read the Bible. They know all power in heaven and earth has been given unto Jesus Christ. "Well, do you see Satan abdicating?" I do not see Satan abdicating. He has to be bombed out, this guy will not go. He set up a base in Shinar, and the word "Shinar" means "Babylon," false religion. So these armies that are coming against God, my friends, are in the churches. Hallelujah.

The people out in the world, they do not care. They do not care about any of this stuff. The battle is for the souls of the people that are ripened at this time and called to salvation. There is a battle for the souls of these people going on between Christ and Satan, the spiritual power of the living soul that died. You can call him anti-Christ, he has many names, and the battle is in the church. It is not out there in the world. It is here, and these forces are in the preachers. They are denying the truth of God's word, and they are calling His doctrines unclean. Hallelujah. May God have mercy on their souls. Glory to God.

The Hebrew word "set," remember it was set on its own base, means "to draw breath, giving himself life," and it is used of an army pitching a camp, and we just talked about that. It means also "to be at rest from troubles and calamities." Remember, Satan said in the Song of Solomon, "I made myself clean, I do not have any problems. I am okay, I am okay." And we hear that in the church today, "You do not have any problems, put Satan under your feet, shrug it off, shake it off." Well, my answer to that is always the same. How?

If you happen to be....you know, there are people, who in their natural persons, are strong. I mean, there are unsaved people that have deaths in their families, they survive, they have mutilated children, they have sons that die at war, people that die, they are fine, they shrug it off, they deal with it and they are okay. So if you see somebody in the church that succeeds in doing that, it does not mean that they do it by the power of Christ. Christ is not glorified in something that you can do by yourself.

Christ is glorified in the man that cannot shake it off, that is overtaken and being destroyed by this kingdom that is rooted in Shinar, which is the carnal mind. When that kind of a person is delivered, Christ is glorified. And in many instances, that is the condition that He brings you to so that He can be glorified in you. Be not surprised that the fiery trial is upon you. God is breaking you, He is breaking your ability to do it yourself. How can He show His power in you if you are standing up there and saying, "I am going to do it myself?" How can God heal you if you are sitting there and saying, "I do not receive this sickness. This cannot be happening to me." You have to say, "It is happening to me, help me Jesus," then He heals you. You got it all wrong, church! Hallelujah.

The Hebrew word translated "base" means "a foundation." He is setting up His own foundation, He is setting up upon His own base. I Corinthians 3:11, "For any other foundation can no man lay that is laid, which is Jesus Christ." The only foundation that will endure the fiery purgings of God, the only foundations that will go through the fire and survive is Jesus Christ. It is the only one that will stand. If your foundation is on your own ability to shake it off, if your foundation is on your own ability to survive in this world, if your foundation is upon your own ability to get into the kingdom of God, the carnal mind that gives you such thoughts will be burnt, and cast down. Hallelujah.

Now the end of this message is, well, what now? God has told us. He has given us the spiritual understanding of what has happened to the human race, of why it has happened to the human race, and of how we are still in that spiritual condition today. Well, what now? What is Jesus Christ going to do for us? You hear in the church world today, "you know that you are going to go to hell and burn for forever in eternity," but I am going to suggest to you that Jesus Christ is not man, He is not man, and we had a prophecy in this church not to long ago, and it said, "Your definition of destruction is not my definition of destruction. When God destroys, life comes out of it. When man destroys you are wiped out. God destroys the carnal mind and replaces it with the Mind of Christ. That's how life comes out of death..

Well, when Jesus Christ says the end is come, new life comes out of it, and we are going to see that in the Scripture today. Jeremiah 51:56, "Because the spoiler has come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken, for the Lord God of recompenses shall surely requite." The Old Testament is filled with so much blood and guts that a lot of people cannot deal with it. They can deal with God as He appears in the New Testament, but they cannot deal with the possibility of God being vengeful and bloodthirsty which, of course, is not true.

Now again, we are dealing with the King James Translators who were picking the translation out of their own revelation, and we have that today too. A lot of modern Bibles have been updated, but what has happened is that the translators have imparted their revelation to it. We really have to pray about these things.

I would like to deal with two words here, "recompenses" and "requite." The word "recompenses, the Hebrew word that is translated "recompenses," can be translated "the one who bestows benefits." He is, "for the Lord God of recompenses...", the Lord God, who bestows benefits, and that is from a root word which means "to wean or ripen fruit."

The word "requite" comes from, and this is a riot, from Strong's #7999. It is the word that means "salvation." He is going to save his enemies, He is not going to burn them in hell forever. They are going to have to go through fiery trials, and it is not pleasant as all of us sitting here know, but the end of it is salvation, not eternal damnation, because God is not a man. Man would throw you into hell forever. You are his enemy, you rejected him, you hate him, you steal from him, I mean man, if he did not know it was wrong, he probably would kill you for it, and we know that primitive man did that. If you stole his ox, you stole his wife, he killed you. But God is not man, He redeems you. God has the power to fix you. God has the power to fix you that you do not do it anymore.

So I want to read that verse again, "Because the spoiler has come upon her, (that is the judgment of God), and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken, (that is the power of this false doctrine that is coming forth in the church today), for the Lord God, who is mighty in His blessings shall surely save you." And we were told in the book of Job, He is going to save you whether you choose or whether you refuse. I like the way that sounds, glory to God, whether you choose or whether you refuse, God is going to save you anyway.

Philippians 3:18, "For many walk of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ, whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things." Okay, so even though they are Christians, their mind is in the natural. Well, that really sounds like they are going to be damned to hell, does it not? "Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly." Well, the word "end" means "accumulation of all things." It does not have to mean the end of this world, it can mean the end of this state of being, or of this age.

God has been doing something with the human race. He has a program, He has a plan, the end of His plan is going to be culminated, it is going to be wound up, that is the end. Hallelujah.

And the word "destruction," we have talked about this. It means the destruction of God, not the destruction of man. Their earthly ways are going to be destroyed, who mind earthly things. God is going to put them through the fire. They are going to go through trials and tribulations, but the result of it is that they are going to come up to God, they are not going to be killed, or destroyed, or banished, or rejected. God does not reject anybody. Hallelujah.

II Corinthians 11:15, "Therefore it is no great thing if His ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their works." Well, that sounds pretty devastating, "whose end is according to their works," and their works are wickedness, we just read that. The Greek word translated "according to" is a preposition. It has many translations, one of which is....I want to back up on that. Okay, it has many translations and its primary idea is to denote direction from the higher to the lower. It denotes a lowering, and it talks about the place to which one is being brought.

Okay, I want to read that phrase again, "whose end shall be according to their works," which is labor. That is the work that cannot save you. Only the Spirit of God can save you. This can also be translated, whose end shall be according to their works, the latter end of which, is that their works shall be brought down and put under foot. Alternate translation, "The latter end of which, is that their works shall be brought down or put under foot." Now, we know that Satan is being bruised under our feet, and what that means is that these people who mind earthly things, God is going to put these desires for earthly things under the feet of the Christ within them. That is what is going to happen to them, and He is going to wind up all things in that particular person. The end is going to come, the end of the program of God.

Now what is the end of the program of God? What happens? I Peter 4:7, "But the end of all things is at hand." The Greek word translated "hand" is what God is doing, is what is being accomplished, and what is being accomplished? I Corinthians 15:22-24, "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive, but every man in his own order. Christ, the first fruits; afterward, those that are Christ at his coming, then cometh the end." The end of the world, the end of your body?

Romans10:3-4, "For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness have not submitted themselves to the righteousness of God, for Christ is the end of the law, for righteousness to everyone that believeth." Remember, we spoke earlier that Christ is going to be in the midst of us in such power that the natural man will be swallowed up, and He will no longer give us thoughts that will lead us to sin. That is the end. Christ will be ruling from the midst of us within our mind. He will be all in all, all in me, all in you, all in everybody. And when everybody thinks with the mind of Christ, there will be no more conflict. Hallelujah.

Romans 6:22, "But now being made free from sin, and become servants of God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end is everlasting life." I Timothy 1:5, "Now the end of the commandment or the law is charity, (that is agape love), out of a pure heart and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned." Ephesians 3:21, "Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end." The word "ages" is "generations" and the word "world" means "age."

I am going to read it again. "Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all generations, age without end." We have in the Scriptures the book of Solomon, the Song of Solomon, which is the Song of Songs. Jesus Christ is the King of Kings, He is the Lord of Lords. Out of all the kings He is the best. Out of all the Songs, the Song of Solomon is the best. Well, out of all of the ages, and there are several ages, but I am not going to get into that today. It is in the Scripture that there is an age coming that is going to be the age of the ages, and that is the age of the kingdom. It is an eternal age, it will never end, and the reason it will not end is that the people that enter into it will have achieved eternal life by the indwelling presence of the living God.

I am going to read it again. "Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all generations, age without end. Hallelujah. Revelation 20:10, "And the Devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever." Well, what are you going to do with that one? I'll show you what the Lord showed me. The Greek word translated "torment" means "to be tested for value," and it is the same word in Revelation12 describing the pains of childbirth.

Remember, we studied the sun clad woman, and she pained to be delivered? That's the same word translated "tormented" over here. Day and night is an expression. It is not a literal day and night. It appears in Luke 2:37, and I would like to turn there to clarify that. Luke 2:37, "And she was a widow, (this is talking about Anna, the prophetess), and she was a widow of about four score and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fasting and prayers day and night." That is the same Greek expression.

Now obviously she did not fast continuously day and night. She would be dead. Obviously, she had to sleep or she would be dead. It is an expression that can be likened unto "pray without ceasing." She had given over her entire life to God. She did eat, she did sleep, it is an expression showing utter dedication. So "forever and ever" refers to the age of the ages. We just talked about that.

So we will read that Scripture again, Revelation 20:10, "And the Devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, (God is a consuming fire, He was thrown into the spirit of God, Hallelujah), where the beast and the false prophet are..." That "Devil" is the personality that is in agreement with his carnal mind," the beast is fallen Adam, the spiritually corrupt conscience of mortal man, and the false prophet is the human spirit that is married to Satan, the spirit that rules through the carnal mind. They are all thrown into the fire of God, which is the Spirit of Christ, and they are going to be tormented, they are going to be pained in childbirth. What are they bringing forth? They are bringing forth Christ, the manchild. Hallelujah.

This is another manifestation of the sun clad woman in chapter 12. Now remember, we talked about God describing the living soul that died in different ways throughout the Scriptures to portray different spiritual truths. Well, the Devil and the beast and the false prophet are the same living soul that died that we saw in Revelation 12 as the sun clad woman and the Dragon trying to devour her child. It is the same spiritual truth. The Devil and the beast and the false prophet are being thrown into the fire of God. They are going to be purged, they are going to purified, there are going to be trials and tribulations, and they are going to bring forth the Christ child which is the age of the ages. When the Christ comes forth in them, the new age is birthed. The age of the kingdom is Christ in you. When Christ comes forth in us, He is the new age. So they're going to be pained in childbirth for a season so that the age of the ages, which is eternal life, should be brought forth in them. Hallelujah, glory to God.

I have one last word for you, because God wants to be exalted. The hour is at hand, the gospel of the kingdom is declared unto you who have ears to hear, it is time to lay down your false doctrine and receive the word of the Lord. He is in the earth today, the hour is at hand, He wants to bring forth Christ in you.
