I've been studying these last couple of hours on Jesus in the flesh, and I came across the word (Veil).
My question is this.
I have noticed that there seems to be two veils.
[Pastor Vitale's Response:] yes, there are two veils, the Carnal Mind and the Christ mind, but they do not veil the same place. The Carnal Mind is the veil between the conscious mind and Satan's inner worlds. The Christ mind is the veil between the conscious mind and the inner worlds of God.
Is the first veil mentioned in Hebrews 10:19,20?
v.19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, v.20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
[Pastor Vitale's Response:] this issue is discussed at length in the book, Not Without Blood. We are given permission to enter into the most holy Place by the blood of Jesus, which is the Spirit of Christ, but we actually enter in only through the mind of Christ. What is not said here, is that in order to properly position ourselves in the mind of Christ for entrance into the inner worlds of God, the carnal mind must be overcome and eventually destroyed.
Is the first veil that he went through, the carnal mind? And by going through it, could that mean piercing as well. By allowing the Christ mind the second veil to crucify or pierce through the first veil (carnal mind) It became one new body. The glorified Lord Jesus Christ.
[Pastor Vitale's Response:] I don't see Jesus piercing through two veils in the context of the verse that you quote above. However, I believe that you have a true revelation, that the Christ mind will pierce through (crucify) the carnal mind.
Gal 2:20
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. KJV
Eph 5:31
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. KJV
The last Adam shall leave his father and mother from above and be joined to his wife, mortal humanity, and the two shall be one flesh/soul.
Eph 2:15
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; KJV
A man consists of mind and soul.
The flesh is the soul.
The old man is formed from the union of the carnal mind and the soul.
The new man is formed from the union of the Christ mind and the soul.
The carnal mind, the vehicle of the law of commandments contained in ordinances is the enmity in the soul
When the carnal mind is slain, the Christ mind possesses the soul.
The soul now has a new husband (the Christ mind) and is therefore renewed
The Christ mind married to the soul is the new man (made of the twain, i.e., the Christ mind and the soul)
Rom 7:3-4
3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law [Carnal Mind] by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him [Christ Jesus] who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. KJV
Also referring to Matthew 27:51
And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
So this temple in Matthew 27:51 is Jesus' carnal mind. That was rent.
Am I close on this or off?
[Pastor Vitale's Response:] You are close. The veil that was rent after Jesus breathed out of his physical body is the veil that separates the conscious part of the carnal mind from the unconscious part of the carnal mind.
This had already taken place in Jesus of Nazareth at the time of His crucifixion, but His resurrection made it possible for all of mortal mankind to look into the unconscious part of their Carnal Mind without going insane.
This introspection reveals the man of sin within the individual who will be destroyed when the Christ mind ascends.
2 Thess 2:3
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; KJV
2 Thess 2:4
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. KJV
2 Thess 2:8
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: KJV
And this truth of entering into the unconscious part of the Carnal Mind to discover and destroy the powers and principalities of this world system within us is also the mystery of the journey of the spies that so frightened 10 out of 12 of them:
Num 13:17
17 And Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan, and said unto them, Get you up this way southward, and go up into the mountain: KJV
Num 13:31-14:1
31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.
32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.KJV
And, then,

If I'm off, what is the first veil? And what is the second veil?
[Pastor Vitale's Response:] the Carnal Mind and the Christ mind, but, again, they are parallel worlds. They do not abide on the same horizontal plane. We do not pass through one and then through the other. We pass out of the Carnal Mind and ascend into the Christ mind.
